Wee Davies is a treasure,... - Wee Davies is a treasure, whether he's sharing more than you ever thought you wanted to know about Scottish history or just making you groan with jokes. The tour itself is an excellent chance to see the broad variety of Scotland in a single day.

10/10 Experience - I joined this tour as a birthday treat for myself, and I was not disappointed! The sights were absolutely stunning, and Mark's (who is Australian, not American 😂) tour was both extremely informative and funny. He went out of his way to ensure we all had an excellent time, such as taking us by a field full of Highland cows upon request. He was also happy to provide recommendations for places to eat and shop. I'll never forget the whiskey ice cream!

Informative Taste of the Highlands that makes you want to come back - Anthony was a knowledgeable and entertaining guide that answered questions and told stories and history of the region that made the long drive pass quickly. It was a wet and cold February day with fog which meant some views were inaccessible, but Anthony was positive and the views we could see were breathtaking. It was perfect for a short trip to get a look at the highlands and left me knowing I need to come back. Thank you!

Great tour with a great guide! - Traveled with Jack and had a great day! He gave a lot of information and answered all of the questions that the group had. We had the perfect amount of time in each location. On the way back to the city he gave the group an option of what to do and everyone picked the Highland cows. Great tour and highly recommend it!

Well-Organised and Informative Tour, but Seating Policy Needs Improvement - I recently joined the "Glasgow: Loch Ness, Glencoe and the Highlands Day Tour" with Timberbush Tours Glasgow - Day Tours and overall found the experience well structured and professionally organised. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, allowing us to experience Loch Ness, Glencoe and the wider Scottish Highlands in a single day without feeling rushed at the main stops. The guide was friendly, approachable and clearly knowledgeable, providing engaging historical context and interesting stories throughout the journey. However, for non-native English speakers, it can become quite tiring to maintain full concentration for the entire duration of a 12-hour tour. The continuous flow of information, while informative, requires sustained effort to follow. Towards the end of the day in particular, it would be preferable to reduce the amount of commentary slightly, allowing passengers some quieter time to rest and enjoy the scenery. The main negative aspect of the experience concerned seating. We ended up with the least comfortable seats at the back of the van, where space between rows is already limited. Despite paying the same price as all other passengers, the level of comfort and exterior visibility was clearly inferior. It does not seem equitable for all passengers to pay the same fare when seating conditions vary significantly. The last row in particular appears excessive for a 12-hour journey and compromises overall comfort. A possible improvement would be to allow seat selection at the time of booking, with differentiated pricing according to seat location and comfort level. Additionally, there was no indication during the booking process that arriving significantly earlier than the scheduled departure time would be necessary to secure better seats. Greater transparency on this point would help manage expectations and improve fairness. In summary, the tour itself was very well organised and led by an excellent guide, but improvements in seating policy and communication would significantly enhance the overall experience.
