Loch cruise on beautiful Loch Shiel with wildlife spotting opportunities - This cruise on beautiful Loch Shiel is for true unspoilt remote Scottish beauty with the opportunity to spot deer and eagles. The boat is comfortable and the crew friendly, helpful and informative. A must if you want to experience the true beauty of one of scotlands more remote lochs. Binoculars, blankets (in case there is a chill breeze) and hot drinks are on board. If you are a keen photographer this is a must do experience, especially if you have a powerful telephoto lens and a good camera. We saw golden eagles soaring, stags on top of the mountain and white tailed eagles which flew over and around the boat. Amazing! Recommend you dress with warm clothing as we did this cruise mid October time, although we were blessed with good weather.

Excellent views and exhilarating wildlife encounters - We absolutely loved our trip with Loch Shiel Cruises (I actually took two, the full loch cruise one day and the Gaskan cruise the next). Even without the wildlife the views are stunning, but multiple sightings of Golden Eagles and some significantly closer encounters with a pair of White-tailed Eagles elevated the experience even further. I'd recommend these trips to anyone!

Fabulous eagle spotting cruise. - This must be my fourth cruise with this company - it is so good that I keep coming back! Despite driving rain all morning we still saw two white tailed eagles and a golden eagle. Aly and Ben are friendly, knowledgeable and relaxed. It is apparent that they love what they are doing and telling us all about the wildlife and history. They have great respect for the welfare of the wildlife as well. This is a fabulous trip and I highly recommend it.

White tailed eagles. - It was really good. We saw white tailed eagles and red deer. Didn’t see any golden eagles, maybe next time. Photos taken on iPhone.

Top Tour on Loch Shiel - A clear highlight of the holiday! The boat trip was informative (just the right amount of background knowledge, no constant chatter) and the views from the boat sensational! But the best part was the crew: The skipper Ally knew well, was funny and attentive, could answer all questions and went to great lengths to show us many animals, binoculars on board. With the children on board super nice (Harry Potter challenge with small gift). Clear recommendation!

Great tour - great crew! - We made the short round trip spontaneously after visiting Glenfinnan Viaduct and were delighted. Captain and crew member were super nice and helpful, borrowed binoculars, gave information about Loch Shiel and answered questions! Absolute recommendation - gladly again!

Fantastic experience, sea eagles flying alongside the boat. Great commentary and beautiful scenery. - We did the 6 hour Wednesday cruise to see the Sea Eagles, it was excellent and great value for money. Ally the skipper was spot on.

A quite magical day trip - This is my 2nd review as number one seems to have been lost. This is a fantastic trip for anyone hoping to see eagles in their natural environment. The trip is well worth every penny!

Accompanied by Aly and Liam who are clearly passionate about their work. Alistair the bald eagle also tried very hard. Top cruise! - Highly recommended, beautiful location and passionate people! Aly and Liam have told us a lot about the area and its history with the necessary dose of humour. And there was plenty of time to take pictures of the wildlife in the vicinity of the boat.
