Saijo is renowned as one of Japan’s top three sake brewing regions. Within a convenient one-kilometer stroll from Saijo Station, visitors will find seven sake breweries. In just two hours, guests can enjoy a guided tour with an English-speaking guide who shares insights into the history and unique sake offerings of each brewery. Visitors have the opportunity to sample a variety of sake, including Daiginjo, Junmai, and Cloudy sake. Since some breweries typically do not offer tastings on weekdays, this tour provides a rare chance to experience sake from all the breweries.
If there is availability on the day of the tour, registration is open up to 4 hours before it begins. Come and discover your favorite sake!
Please note, according to Japanese law, the legal drinking age is 20. Participants under 20, including infants, are not permitted to join. This is a tasting tour, and the sake brewing process will not be observed.
- More than 15 minutes late of the tour start time will be treated as a cancellation. The amount you paid will not be refunded.
- If the event is suddenly canceled due to bad weather, etc., We will contact you on your registered email by 5pm the day before.

- This is a tasting tour. Please note that you will not be able to observe the sake brewing process.

- This tour features a 2-hour walking tour visiting seven breweries. As you will walk approximately 1.5 km while tasting Sake, we recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes.
