A great day tour, but check the weather beforehand! - The most memorable part was definitely the friendly, attentive guide, who tried her best to make up for the rainy, foggy weather on the Hills!

Worth the hype! - Oh my goodness! Bana Hills is an experienced to behold and wirth the hype. Love the cable car going to the mountain and the scenery. The lunch buffet is so good also and we enjoyed the food after a long walk. Amy our guide is so nice and very attentive.

Did exactly what it advertised - Did exactly what it advertised.
Our guide Vy organised us all very well. She gave us all the necessary information & instructions so everyone knew where to go, what we could do & when/where to meet up. In the afternoon we had three & a half hours for lunch and free time to do as we wished. Lots of things to see & do.
There’s plenty of options to buy food/ drink of various sorts.
On entry we were given a voucher each-with this you can get a small portion of chips or a beer-=FREE!

Breathtaking Experience! - Fantastic tour! The cable car ride was breathtaking, and the Golden Bridge is even more impressive in person. Our guide was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Beautiful but tour not really needed?? - Ba Na Hills is beautiful but not sure how a tour was useful especially when paying extra for a smaller group. Guide was nice and friendly but there wasn’t much information to provide as it’s a bit like a theme park and apart from taking us from one point to another three times, we were pretty much left to our own devices and asked to meet at meeting points.

Even small group tour is fast pace - The pace of the guide was too fast and we were often left behind.
Also the complex isn't a historical sight, it a entertainment complex. A Disneyland style environment.
Take that in to consideration before booking.
Its a great visual experience and has many shops and eateries.

My time is valuable and I don't like to waste it - We booked the tour at 7:30 [or that we read that the later something was ions to enter and we were stopped in a pearl shop that did not appear on the contracted tour nor anyone from the tour had requested and they had 1h wasting time for that not early and as an excursion later seemed to me a tease and we were not the only ones to complain to the guide why an hour of plantton is a total disrespect and if it is on the tour they indicate it in writing and I will decide if I take that tour or another
