• Tra Que Vegetable Village - 8.00am: A local guide will meet you at your hotel with bicycles. You’ll ride to a local farm in Tra Que Village. A brief walk will take you through the vegetable garden, where you can join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it with seaweed from the nearby lake. The next steps include raking the soil, sowing seeds, watering, picking vegetables, and various other gardening tasks. After these activities, you’ll take a short break and enjoy a foot bath before helping to prepare lunch with a local family.
  Your lunch will feature several local specialties, including “Tam Huu” spring rolls and “Banh Xeo,” a local pancake from Vietnam’s central region. You can assist the chef in cooking these dishes. Following your morning activities and lunch, you’ll take a traditional Vietnamese post-lunch nap before learning how to harvest and wrap the vegetables.
  Around 2.00pm, you’ll say goodbye to your host family and ride back to Hoi An, stopping at a Japanese tomb along the way.
