Was great! No complaints! - We had a great experience getting to and from Ba Na Hills from Hoi An, the pick up location is central and easy to get to. Our driver was easy to communicate with when discussing pick up at Hoi An and after the experience at Ba Na Hills.

Excellent service - The driver was polite and on time. The pick up point was easy to find. He drove safely and was back at the prearranged time to pick us up, shame not everyone chose to be back on time!

Hoi an's best transportation service -
I had an exceptional experience traveling from Hoi An to Ba Na Hills. The transportation service was top-notch, with a friendly and attentive driver who made sure our journey was comfortable and enjoyable. We not only arrived on time but also had a great time throughout the trip. The attention to detail and customer service were outstanding, leaving us with nothing but positive memories of the entire journey. It was a trip worth every penny, and I highly recommend their services for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable transport experience.

Great bus service - The bus service was great. No hassle, comfortable and clean. Driver very nice. I would advise, however, that passengers purchase tickets to Sun World prior to the trip, or purchase on arrival. The bus took us to a tour office and we ended up paying for a buffet lunch we would have preferred not to have purchased. You can buy lunch there, don't be fooled into thinking you can't. Aside from this, I would highly recommend this service as a means to get to the park.

Very convenient! - Shuttle bus was very convenient way of getting to Ba Na Hills without needing to commit to a large group tour. Our shuttle bus included a guide who allowed us to explore the area on our own but did also offer to let us join her tour for no extra cost. We opted to go it alone but appreciated the offer a lot. We feel like we spent the right amount of time there, and overall would recommend this shuttle service for anyone wanting to visit the hills!

Recommend 100% - Shuttle bus was airconditioned and comfortable. The actual place was amazing and definitely worth the time to go. Driver was friendly and the tour guide was lovely.

Great day! Our tour guide... - Great day! Our tour guide was perfect. He was funny and knew everything we needed to know about the destination. Car had air-conditioning but it was booked totally full. Everyone had their own seat but it was very crowded because tourists are usually taller and bigger than local people :D
