The lantern maker will guide them through each step to create their own Hoi An lantern to take home. Once finished, these lanterns are easy to fold, carry, or pack in luggage. Enjoy taking home a unique, handmade souvenir from Hoi An. The tour continues directly from the lantern class to a bamboo basket boat ride from Cam Thanh coconut water village. Participants will wear the traditional Vietnamese Ao Dai costume to ride a basket boat through the canals of the Bay Mau Nipa forest. Experience the water coconut forest by traditional bamboo basket boat, learn to paddle with local people, watch basket boat spinning, cast nets, and catch crabs. Upon returning to the restaurant, guests will be warmly welcomed and enjoy lunch at the local home, LONG’S.
