  During this culinary tour, participants will have the opportunity to explore Hoi An’s food, culture, and community. Savoring the most authentic dishes of Hoi An and engaging with the locals are integral to the experience. Additionally, there is an opportunity to listen to the guide discuss Vietnam’s history and culinary traditions.

• Bánh Mỳ - Vietnamese Bread so much around the world - Banh Mi is a Vietnamese-style sandwich with various fillings – minced meat, liver pate, and fresh vegetable.
• Vietnamese Crispy Pancake with Shrimp and Meat - Banh xeo of the restaurant is offered to the guests with a beautiful yellow. The outside is crispy while the inside is soft and tender
• Wonton and White Rose cakes - White Rose dumpling which is made from simple ingredients of rice flour and fresh shrimp.
• Bánh Xoài, Bánh Cam, Bánh Ít - A deep-fried glutinous rice ball in southern Vietnamese cuisine, filled with mung bean paste and coated with sesame seeds.

Being an energetic person and passionate about discovering the world around me, I have formed a great passion for travel. In 2015, I began working as a tourguide, where I had the opportunity to taught and shared all of my friends about Vietnamese culture and cuisine. I have over 5 years of experience leading visitors to destinations throughout Central Vietnam, which has given me insight into the interests and passions of every traveler around the world. Because I was born in Hoi An Ancient Town, close to historical sites and assembly halls, I have a better understanding of the history here as well as Hoi An cuisine. This prompted me to embark on this tour.
