A food lovers dream, finding the secret treats of Hoi An - Our tour guide Emily took us on a fantastic tour of Hoi An, seeing parts of the town and places to eat that we would never have found on our own. We tried a huge amount of lovely local food and found out loads about Vietnamese food and culture along the way. It was a small friendly group of 6 people and we all had a great time, Billy and Emily's communication beforehand was really good and helpful and make us feel confident in what was happening. We were on our honeymoon and had a great time and would recommend it to any food lovers out there, wanting to get a taste of Hoi An that other visitors will miss. We had previously booked with a different tour company who then hassled me over WhatsApp to cancel the trip advisor booking and send him money directly, so watch out for others doing this. No such drama with Billy and co ❤️

Memorable time with family - We had an amazing time in Da Nang and Hoi An! The tour was well-organised, and our guide, Billy, made the experience even more special. He not only brought us to all the must-see highlights but also introduced us to more local spots that we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. He managed our big group effortlessly and was flexible, adjusting the itinerary based on what the group wanted. We had such a lovely and memorable trip — I would recommend!

Great way to explore local foods in an authentic way! Loved this tour. - We decided last minute to do a food tour while we were visiting Hoi An. Without a ton of research I found Hoi A Street Food Tour with locals and we are so glad we booked this one! The guide, the food locations and each bite was amazing. Once booked, I got a quick message from the tour operator asking what kinds of food we were interested in, and if we had already tried anything so they could hand pick places that would complement our visit. Soon after responding, we got a message that Quyen was to be our guide and our meeting place. Quyen met us promptly at the meeting place and proceeded to walk us around the city stopping at several locally owned food vendors. She provided history and information about each item we had and even offered to get more if we wanted it. Quyen took us to 7 different places and at each one we were amazed at how good the food was. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our tour and would absolutely recommend it.

Unique and hidden Vietnamese flavors - Emily showed us around streets and alleys with very local food spots, where you really get a look at the local cuisine and delicacies. It was all very tasty, with lots of information about the traditions, customs, recipes. I feasted and she made sure I didn't get any shrimp, which I'm allergic to. It was fun, small group and a unique tour through Hoi An. Highly recommended! Thank you so much!

Different but great local food - Hoa was very sweet. She took us to places where only locals would know. The food she highlighted were the ones that we don't commonly eat in the US except for the banh mi which was very good.

Hoi An Street Food Tour with Billy! - Just be mindful of scheduling any excursions during Chinese New Year (or Tết in Vietnam), as many restaurants and businesses may be closed for the holiday. This was our experience, with nearly half the restaurants shut down during our visit. That said, our Hoi An Street Food Tour with Billy was fantastic and truly memorable. We sampled six local favorites and were grateful for the walking breaks between stops. From banh can and pho cao lau to banh mi, chicken skewers, mi quang, and tau pho, every item we tried was delicious. Our guide, Tam, also provided an excellent historical overview, sharing insights about the Japanese Bridge, Tan Ky (National Heritage House), and the Chinese Assembly Hall, along with many other interesting tidbits. Food and history combined into a three-hour experience that was absolutely time and money well spent.

Great even with a 2 year old - A great tour, Emily was fantastic with our 2 year old daughter and even helped keep her occupied whilst we ate as our daughter was abit tired and didn't want to sit and eat much. The tour was great and the food was fantastic. It was a little but busy because of Tet but we still had a fantastic time and the trip was well organised

A tasty time in Hoi An! - Our guide Emily was awesome. We had so many different dishes ranging from two noodle dishes to savoury pancakes to duck finished off with a tasty desert. We learned a lot about Hoi An and its food and went to places we would not go to on our own. Make sure you are hungry!
