A terrific guide and lovely experience. - We had a wonderful guide Sue. She was font of all knowledge about local foods and eateries in Hoi Anh. We samples 7 local delicacies as we walked around the scenic old town in the lead up to Lunar New Year. A great experience.

Hoi An streetfood tour - The food tour was amazing!
Sue took us to several places to get a real taste of the Ha Noi streetfood. She is an amazing guide. We realy loved it!

Hoi An Food tour especially good if Sue is your guide - The local food tour was excellent visiting local food stalls that we would never think of going to. All the food we tried was delicious & Sue our lovely guide explained about the food we were trying what was in it & how to put it together to eat it.
Would highly recommend this tour especially if you can get Sue as your guide.
She even bought us some mangoes to eat with desert and looked after us so well in the busy areas of the town.

Delish places to eat in Hoi An - Su was very knowledgeable and shared some delicious local eating places with us in Hoi An. The places were charming and friendly.

Great way to try new foods in Hoi An - Hiền was an experienced guide who knew much about the local cuisine at Hoi An. She guided us through back alleys and stopped at some great street vendors that we would not have normally had the courage or knowledge to try. She was also very friendly and taught us about the local culture of Hoi An.

Going to local places with this great streetfood tour! - We took a streetfood tour through Hoi An. Our guide Su explained about the different local dishes and how they are made. What we really liked is that Su took us away from the centre and showed us places where only the locals eat. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this tour with Su!

Experiencing real vietnamese street food - Sue was a great guide on our food tour and took us (teenage daughter and I) around many places tourists wouldn't normally try, mostly in the street surrounding the old town. The food was delicious and varied. Sue was great at suggesting what to really try or skip as we became increasingly full during the tour (despite having skipped lunch in preparation for the tour). Highlight for me were the fresh soya milk, Cao Lau, Vietnamese banh mi and the banh Dap. We even got to try the fertilised boiled egg! Thank you Sue for a great tour.

Authentic street food experience. - Our guide Sue, took us to parts of Hoi An beyond the Old Town, which made for a more authentic street food feel.
We tried some foods that we would usually not even attempt, for example black sesame soup which looks strange but I found rather good. Also a lady at a stall selling some smelly fish concoction which didn’t bode well but actually tasted nice! There was also a dish of finely sliced pork skin, which I enjoyed when I wasn’t sure that I would.
A couple of things we couldn’t bring ourselves to try, e.g. the egg with the embryo bird inside. Shudder!
However, different strokes and all that. We also had some of the local Hoi An specialities such as Cao Lau, and chicken rice which we like anyway.
Sue spoke excellent English, so could clearly explain things and also answer our questions.
The heavens opened part-way through, incredible amounts of rain fell, which made the tour more memorable.
