Guests will be picked up from their hotels in Hoi An (within 1-5km from Hoi An Central). The tour kicks off with a delightful bicycle ride along the Thu Bon River, free from the noise of motorbikes, and includes a visit to a fishing village that is over 100 years old. The journey continues with a leisurely cycle through the countryside, allowing participants to observe local life. Cyclists will pass through a water coconut village spanning more than 7 hectares, where they will hear stories related to the Vietnam War and the history of its people. Following this, guests will enjoy a 45-minute basket boat ride, learning to throw nets to catch fish and crabs. The tour then proceeds with a cycle to an organic vegetable village, passing through rice fields and discussing the challenges of the harvest season. Participants will admire water buffaloes and receive guidance on planting vegetables and using organic fertilizers. A visit to a local family includes a fun and brief cooking class to make rice pancakes, followed by a lunch featuring local specialties. After lunch, guests will be returned to their hotel, concluding the tour. (approximately 16km)
