Hoi An - A local chef will pick up guests from their hotel in the Da Nang City area. The tour begins with a visit to a local market to learn about the essential ingredients in Vietnamese cuisine and select fresh produce for the cooking class. This part of the tour offers valuable insights into Vietnamese herbs and spices.

- Hoi An - A local chef will pick up guests from their hotel in the Da Nang City area. The tour begins with a visit to a local market to learn about the essential ingredients in Vietnamese cuisine and select fresh produce for the cooking class. This part of the tour offers valuable insights into Vietnamese herbs and spices.
Following the market visit, guests will be transported to Cam Thanh Coconut Village. Here, they will board a unique bamboo basket boat to explore the picturesque Bay Mau coconut forest, often referred to as the Mekong Delta in the heart of Hoi An. Participants can engage in local activities such as crab fishing and watching a basket boat performance.
Additionally, guests will have the opportunity to experience traditional Vietnamese cultural tools, such as a stone mortar and grinder, and a wooden pestle, while learning how to pound and separate rice, grind rice to make rice milk, and create rice paper.
The culinary experience continues with a cooking class led by the chef, where participants will learn to prepare four Vietnamese dishes and enjoy a meal for lunch or dinner.
The tour concludes with a transfer to Hoi An Old Town.
