Very worthwhile cooking class - Ms Phi is a very loving, attentive and funny woman. It responds to individual wishes and explains some of the origin of the food.
The groups are pleasantly small, so a family atmosphere arises.

Fantastic cooking experience – local, educational and delicious - What a great cooking class! We started with a visit to a local market and a beautiful vegetable garden to choose the best ingredients ourselves. That alone was an experience! Then we got a nice and clear explanation of how to prepare the dishes. Everything step by step, so you can also recreate it at home.
The hostess was really great – super sweet and with enormous flair she explained everything, making the lesson not only educational but also incredibly fun. And of course... the food was delicious!
An absolute must for anyone who really wants to experience the local cuisine!

Cooking class with Field and market visit - We were really happy with the cooking class with Phi.
First we visited the fields and the market to get the ingredients, then we cooked spring rolls, chicken noodle soup and rice pancakes.
She is super nice and gives great instructions, we can only recommend it!

Must-do cooking tour in Hoi An - We had a fantastic time on this tour. It was booked last minute and we didn't realize all that was included. We started by motorbike (it felt very safe) to the community gardens to get our vegetables for the tour. This was a peaceful serene setting showing the old and new ways the locals gardened organically. We met button, a beautiful friendly water buffalo and got to ride her. We stopped at a noodle factory and then a local market where Phi explained the different ingredients and spices. The cooking class was wonderful with fresh spring rolls, green papaya salad and pork with noodles. It was a wonderful intimate setting and we left very full and very happy. The food was delicious and we will try these recipes at home. Thank you, Phi, for a wonderful afternoon and evening.

Fantastic family experience - We had a fantastic afternoon with our family. Phi is an awesome teacher very patient with out children. We loved the trip to the farm and the market. Learnt so much! The spring rolls were amazing. We had a lovely dessert at her new restaurant Confetti. ❤️

A wonderful class with a lovely teacher Ms Phi - We loved the two hour cooking class with Ms Phi! The food was fun to make and we learned a lot about the dishes. It all tasted great too and we enjoyed it in Ms Phi’s beautiful restaurant upstairs. The class was private and personal so we enjoyed getting to know Ms Phi and learn more about Hoi An. If you’re looking for an authentic, educational, personal, and fulfilling experience in Hoi An, this is for you!

Yummy scrummy! Ms Phi made the class such a happy time - My friend devi and I had such a lovely afternoon learning to cook some amazing food. We did a two hour class and ms phi had the perfect balance of showing us how to do things and also making sure we were the ones cooking. We made spring rolls, a mango salad and a chicken and rice noodle soup (sorry that these aren’t the proper names) We are so excited to attempt to recreate the dishes at home. She was also incredibly accommodating for dietary requirements (my friend has a nut allergy and I don’t eat meat or fish apart from chicken) and the meal didn’t feel in the slightest way not how it was meant to be. Thank you so so much Ms Phi!

The most tailor made cooking class ever! - Phi was an exceptional tour guide, overseeing our visit to the organic farm, buffalo ride, local market, and serving as our cooking mentor. In our diverse group, including an elderly individual in a wheelchair, Phi's care extended to every participant. Her attentiveness to each person's needs was remarkable. I highly recommend joining this cooking tour, as Phi's outstanding guidance ensures a memorable and inclusive experience for all.
