The first destination is Bouchard Finlayson, nestled among mountains with ocean views, and surrounded by pristine indigenous Fynbos flora. This winery is globally acclaimed for its Pinot Noir, and also offers cultivars such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Sangiovese, Chenin Blanc, and Riesling, along with unique varietals like Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Mourvèdre. Their winemaking approach blends tradition and innovation, utilizing both stainless steel and concrete tanks.
