As champions of sustainability, they transitioned to organic viticulture in 2020. As part of their regenerative practices, they have ceased ploughing the land and exclusively use their own fertilizer, made from organic waste sourced from their kitchen, the winemaking process, and nearby oil mills.

• DAF Wines by Douloufaki Fereniki - The DAF WINES family winery is situated in the mountainous region of Dafnes, Crete, the ancestral village of their family. They have been committed to vine cultivation for wine production, adhering to family traditions and values, for over 117 years. Their grandfather, Evangelos Douloufakis, was the first in the family to earn recognition at the International Fair of Thessaloniki in 1952, where his wine was acclaimed for its outstanding quality by the exhibition hosts.
