Fun day at Elijah Mountain - Gem mining was so much fun. Several gemstones found.. gift shop has many beautiful pieces to choose from. Enjoyed the goats. Good place for one person or your whole family to enjoy the day. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Give it a try. You will be glad you did.

Family fun - Great experience, especially with young kids who really enjoy discovering things. Wonderful gift shop and outdoor area.

A birthday to remember - We went as a family to celebrate my daughter’s 6th birthday and she had an amazing time! Heather was so helpful answering my questions in advance to make sure she had a nice experience; she had everything already set up for us when we arrived. The girls got tons of gems, many of a substantial size. it was well worth the cost.

Perfect day trip - Absolutely the best thing we have done in years!!! Would have loved to do this for days but we had to stick to an itinerary. Would have scrapped everything after if we would have known how much fun this would be.

Awesome! - My experience at the Elijah gem mine was the best. Especially my experience dealing with Reece. He even sang Happy Birthday 🎁 to me because it was birthday. Kayne was hilarious and Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable about the gems. But my fav was Reece❤️

MUST DO !!! Elijah Mountain Gem Mine and goat farm. - Reese was so helpful with our 1st time experience. Highly recommend if in Hendersonville. He also suggested a great winery, lunch place and Falks to visit that were all nearby and made our day trip memorable. Feeding the goats was so fun. Definitely worth a trip back !!!

great stop for the whole family - stopped here passing through town to have a little fun sifting for cool rocks. the staff is wonderful and spent time going through my haul with me and identifying my treasures :) cool gift shop and the peacock was a great bonus !

Fun for the whole fam! - Always a fun experience for the whole family! Staff is always friendly and accessible and you can tell they love working here. We love it here and highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed….there is something for everyone!

Tourist trap - This experience was significantly overrated. It's not really a "goat farm". There is one pen that has goats and you can pay an additional $3 fee to feed them. The area is very small- definitely not a walking tour. The front desk staff were rude and unfriendly. They mostly ignored us, gestured to the buckets of gems for mining and then barely acknowledged us when we brought the empty bucket back. They clearly weren't interested in trying to make sure we had a good experience. Your money is way better spent at a place where you can spend more time and actually get something useful at the end.
