• Cafe Carusel - Located in the heart of Helsinki, experience the sensation of floating in cold water while staying completely warm and dry. With guidance from our instructor, learn about sea rescue, hypothermia, and the benefits of starting ice swimming! Enjoy relaxing on the water’s surface or hopping on floating ice rafts during the winter season (when ice is present). This activity is always conducted in natural settings and in the water.
  During the open water season, the focus is on sea rescue, relaxation, and survival techniques. In icy conditions, the emphasis is on understanding ice behavior, its effects, and relaxation.

Feel free to arrive in your regular seasonal attire at an agreed on-shore location. We provide all necessary equipment for the float. Locations may change depending on weather conditions.

Experience the sensation of floating in chilly waters while remaining completely warm and dry in the center of Helsinki. Just show up in your regular attire appropriate for the season to a predetermined shoreline spot. We’ll supply everything required for the float. Gain knowledge about sea rescue, hypothermia and the advantages of ice bathing. Location may shift according to weather conditions.

All necessities for the float will be provided by us.
