great tour, lots of beer selection
We enjoyed some beers at the bar and a fun-filled tour given by Chad through in brewery warehouse facility. I learned a lot and will absolutely stop back next time I'm in the area! LOVED your Peg Leg Stout and TropiCannon IPA!
Great tour. Guide I believe his name was Rob was very knowledgeable and funny. The Tap room has a great energy. Glad to see Heavy Seas is thriving!
I was hoping to get samples of many varieties and maybe some explanation so I'd be a better informed consumer. What does IPA mean? You could use more help at the bar - line was really long..
Overall a solid experience. The new (to me) renovation of the main bar area, and the addition of a games room were very nice. The tour was fine, but having taken it in the past I was expecting to get a pint glass not a sample glass. The worst part of the whole experience however was learning that Alpha Effect would not be brewed this year. I have looked forward to what I call "Alpha Effect Season" for the last couple years. I love the beer so much I've flown cross country with it so my cousins in Oregon could try it. Really hope this beer makes a comeback.
Tour room was very hot. Traded in sample tickets for flights which was good and nice of bartender.
the tour guide was not very engaging and slightly repetitive, but great food and beer!
Would have liked to see a bit of the actual bottling process.I would also recommend that everyone have a drink prior to the start of the tour.We got thirsty well before we made it back to the tasting room. Really enjoyed the tasting room and Pieces of Eight .The food they offer serves up some fabulous combinations ! Love the Beer ,overall very educational for those of us that would like to think we are a Connoisseur .
The brew house was fun. The brewery tour was underwhelming. It was difficult to hear and see and the tour itself was relatively short compared to other brewery tours I have had
The tour was great but our guide spoke fast and she needed to project more. Other than that I had a blast!
We had a great time. The tap room was Top Notch. I really don't like those dark beers but I drank them anyway
I work for flying dog. I was hoping for a more informative tour.
No porters or stouts!!
Taproom staff was friendly and informative about the beers we tried. I liked how much access we had on the tour, but the guide didn't have any pre-prepared facts about Heavy Seas to share.
Would have been nice to have a few places to sit near the sampling bar.
