Our Blue Mountains Day Tour offers a high-quality experience. Starting city pickup at 7:00 am, the first highlight of the day includes a stop at Sydney Zoo where you’ll enjoy a First Nations cultural talk and have the opportunity to encounter local wildlife with a zoo ranger. We will then make our way to the Blue Mountains where you’ll find yourself surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the lush Blue Mountains. After lunch (own cost) at Luera, you can enjoy a self-guided scenic stroll along the Prince Henry Cliff Walk. You will have plenty of time to take in the unparalleled views from various lookout points on your walk along the clifftops. We then make our way to the Olympic Park Wharf where you board a scenic ferry back to the Sydney Harbour. You can choose to end the journey either at Circular Quay or Darling Harbour at the end of the day.

A wonderful day exploring - A great full day experience exploring the Sydney Zoo, a local town for lunch, and plenty of time to explore the fabulous Blue Mountains. Mark was an interesting guide with lots of local information. My only concern was that our tickets for the scenic World were not included and had to be purchased separately, so that was a minor inconvenience. Double check what’s on offer-if it seems too cheap, that’s why.

Great experience in the Blue Mountains - Kieran was fantastic as our tour guide and driver. Learned a lot about the Blue Mountains National Park and Australian traditions.

Excellent! - Pick up was too late from 7:55.
Bush walk with driver was wonderful.
We need some water in bus and extra..
Tour costs were little expensive than the content's of day tour.

Impressive - Stunning scenes and excellent guide. He provides lots of histories and teach us some aussie languages in a humorous way! He gave us an impressive and a memorable trip!

Gabriel was very friendly and gave a lot of information - Gabriel our driver was great. We booked our tour with Viator ($116 aus) We were picked up on a “sightseeing tours Australia” bustour! The other people on the bus paid $99 (aus) for the same trip. You better book it with “Sightseeing tours Australia”
To save the money. Same trip only $17 (aus) less. The tour was worthwhile.

Fun tour of mountains with some room for improvement - Overall this was a good tour with some fun stops. The Sydney Zoo opened in 2019 and is one of the nicer zoos I’ve been to with an area to pay extra to take photos with koalas.
The Blue Mountains are beautiful and I think we made the right choice in not paying extra for the cable car/train. We went in December when school was out so lines were super long for the cable car/train.
Our tour guide was helpful and had a great positive attitude.
I think we may have gotten a bit unlucky on this tour but we were late to be picked up twice on the tour. Our tour was full with 35 people. When you have that many people on a tour there are more likely to be issues - people on our group were so late to come back to the bus (once 50 minutes late) we missed a ferry and almost missed another one. This was separate from the other 2 times we were picked up late. We only had about 10 minutes to see the 3 sisters as a result of the people on our tour being late and couldn’t do the toucan feeding.
When we got to the zoo, we were told our tour company didn’t book the kangaroo feeding ahead of time so we weren’t able to do that as advertised in the tour description.
We got pretty lost on the Blue Mountain self guided tour and spent almost an hour trying to figure out how to get to the car park. Others in our group were confused as well.
There was never mention of where to get water so we were often out of water on the tour including on the Blue Mountain walking. We eventually found a store that sold water for purchase in the National park.

Not happy - The whole tour was mis advertised no mention it was Sydney western zoo the only added value was reg bus ride and enterence to zoo every thing was self funded a rip off

I booked a Blue Mountains... - I booked a Blue Mountains day tour via Viator for $159, expecting it to finish around 6:30 PM. However, it ended at 4:30 PM. The guide gave minimal commentary, and cable car tickets weren’t included. While the tour covered the Blue Mountains and the zoo, the biggest issue was the drop-off. We were picked up in Sydney CBD but dropped at Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf, leaving us to find our own way back. This was inconvenient and unclear. I’d like to file a complaint about the early finish and the unexpected drop-off location.

Be Careful when booking, especially when the page crushes - Be very careful when booking, as the page may crush on you a few times and resets just some of the details, e.g. the date, so my booking jumped to the following day from what I wanted to be a January booking. Of course, it is my fault for not checking the details the 3rd time the page crushed while at payment stage...
