Definitely worth taking this trip - We booked this trip through Viking adventures when our cruise stopped in Haugesund, what a fantastic choice we made. We had enough time to explore the town before being picked up in a very nice minibus. The journey in the bus to Kringsja was beautiful, the was a small hike to the farm, not suitable for pushchairs or those with mobility issues but it was fairly short, uneven ground and some steps. Tom was so welcoming and kind and the history behind the location is fascinating and humbling. The apple cake was like nothing I’ve ever eaten before…it was amazing! I cannot rate it highly enough. The lambs were cute and my daughter was over the moon to hold one (she’s 21! 😂). The guide from Viking adventures was knowledgable and gave us lots of history as we were driving. Highly recommend.

Incredible views, nice walks, lots of history and awesome people. There’s no losing when you book this. - Was absolutely impeccable, had the opportunity to hold a baby sheep, there was an amazing apple cake which is my food highlight of the holiday and saw historical monuments and recent ones with great meaning and history. Everyone is absolutely incredible, the tour guide answered all our questions (not that we had many because he explained everything with amazing detail. Haven’t had a bad experience with Norwegians but the people on this tour are above and beyond.

It's worth walking around in a couple of hours - Pleasant coastal town, you can also easily visit with the tourist train that in all languages tells the story, many beautiful shops in the pedestrian area with characteristic items and not free entry

A really enjoyable and varied excursion. - My teenaged companions pronounced this excursion the best thing during our Norwegian cruise. They adored feeding the sheep and everything about our visit - the apple cake, the short scenic walk, the views and the delightful people. We really enjoyed listening to Tom tell us about the history of the farm and the sheep and border collie. We also visited the intriguing horse statues and the national monument with our excellent guide and driver in a first rate vehicle. All was great, but clearly the sheep were the firm favourites!

Kringsa Farm, The Rising Tides and The Monument - Great tour with Viking Adventures the highlight being the visit to Kringsjå Farm and the hospitality received there from Tom and his wife and the adorable Lissie the border collie. Throughly recommend this trip to adults and children alike . Our tour guide was great. Be advised the walk may be a bit much for any of the party with mobility issues but worth every step . The Rising Tides and The Monument also well worth the visit. Stunning Norway .

Cool trip! - Fast boat trip, good guide/captain, very good protective clothing which is available for free. A bit expensive for what it offers. Still had fun!
