My trip was cancelled, but no one notified me. I even received a "reminder" the day before.
When I called the phone number ten minutes before we were supposed to leave (because no
bus had shown up), I was told of the cancellation. Still have not gotten anything in writing (e-mail)
regarding a refund. This request for a review is the first contact since my phone call. Funny,
asking for a review for a trip that didn't happen.
