Okonjima Game Reserve - Participate in an early morning leopard tracking excursion, followed by an afternoon cheetah tracking on foot. Okonjima is home to the Africat Foundation, a dedicated conservation initiative focused on African Big Cats, particularly cheetahs.
This afternoon, enjoy a tour where you can meet some of the cheetahs undergoing the Africat rehabilitation program up close. Most animals at Okonjima have been rescued from dire situations, such as being orphaned or trapped, with the goal of reintroducing them into the wild.
