Professional, on time, communication - Really awesome experience. My guide Evelyn was great, professional and knew everything about Hanoi and what it had to offer. I would highly recommend doing this as I only had a few hours before catching a flight to another country. Thank you again

Don’t DIY, book Tina for the places Google won’t suggest - Our guide Tina was fun, bubbly and full of interesting facts about the food we were introduced to. We had an experience we never would have had if left to our own devices and Google: a secret upstairs haven for dry pho, a roadside plastic stool diner for rice paper rolls, a cool little bistro for banh mi, a trendy cafe for salt coffee, a classy dessert place for sticky young rice and mango dessert and finished with a drink on train street in a prime location. We were a bit worried about walking so much in the heat and traffic, but Tina navigated us expertly and taught us some tricks on how to walk in Hanoi! Thank you Tina for such a fun and filling day!

Tour for Foodies - Our family went on a food tour with our guide, Ruby. Ruby was professional and introduced us to yummy Vietnamese dishes such as Mixed Pho, salted and egg coffee, ché. She also explained the history of the dishes/ desserts we tried and did her best to answer our questions. Overall a wonderful experience especially if you’re a foodie.

Thank you Stella! Super fun tour! - I had an awesome time with Stella!!! She had such great, bubbly energy and was very good at making everyone feel at home. She also introduced us to Vietnamese foods we've never tried before, although we have Vietnamese friends and have been to Vietnam before. I was very pleasantly surprised. We did this tour right before we had to leave for our flight, and despite having some negative experiences earlier in our trip before the tour, I do want to thank Stella for letting us end our trip to Hanoi with a fun and great time. Thanks again! Also, we did the train part. I kid you not, we saw it pass by 5 times. I think only two were scheduled, the rest were "surprise" or unexpected. So, you definitely have many chances to get your train shot.

Lively vibe - I'd recommend arriving a little before 7 p.m. to get a good seat and perhaps witness up to three trains pass. The atmosphere is bustling, with many little cafes serving beverages and nibbles while you wait. One crucial piece of advice: be wary of strangers on the street who may try to persuade or bribe you into following them to a "recommended" cafe. If you don't have a reservation, it's better to wander into a cafe rather than agreeing to go with someone you've never met.
