- Select dishes recommended by our Chef (from 9 options) and visit a nearby local market to gather fresh ingredients for the class and learn about the Vietnamese cuisine you will be preparing for 1 hour.
- At 10:00 AM or 3:00 PM, return to the restaurant to prepare and cook for 2 hours.
- At 12:00 PM or 5:30 PM, enjoy your lunch or dinner with us after your cooking session!
