Hanoi - Morning

8:00: The tour guide will pick up guests by car at their hotel, transferring them to Lang Son. The journey begins by heading towards the Chinese border for approximately 3 hours, passing through Chi Lang Pass - a 20-km-long gorge formed from a narrow valley between two mountains. This location holds significant importance in Vietnamese history, being the site of numerous victories against various Chinese invasions over the centuries, dating back to 981 AD. It is renowned as Vietnam’s strongest citadel and bastion.

Lang Son - 11:00: Stop at “The Dong Dang Mother Temple,” a large temple with significant architectural, religious, and historical value, to visit Mother’s Temple.

Đông Khê - 11:30: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Dong Dang - Anh Phuong restaurant.

12:30: Continue the journey into the pass.

14:30: Visit Dong Khe, an important historical site where The Battle of Dong Khe was fought during the First Indochina War. This was the first battle of the Indochina Wars, with fighting occurring in September and October 1950, culminating in a decisive victory for the Viet Minh.

Ban Gioc Waterfall - Detian Falls - 15:00: Proceed to Ban Gioc waterfall. 17:00: Arrive at Ban Gioc and check into accommodation. In the evening, enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.

Ban Gioc Waterfall - Detian Falls - Morning

After breakfast at the homestay, guests will see tools made here that are integral to the lifestyle, evident in the surrounding rice paddies and fields. Nestled among these stunning landscapes is the breathtaking Ban Gioc Waterfall, spanning over 300 meters, divided equally between Vietnam and China. Visitors will have time to soak in the amazing atmosphere surrounding the falls, offering an excellent opportunity for fantastic photography.

Nguom Ngao Cave - After visiting the falls, head to Nguom Ngao Cave, a different but equally impressive natural wonder. The cave extends for 2,144 meters underground and is filled with incredible stalactites and stalagmites.

Ba Be Lake - Afternoon

12:00: Travel to Ba Be Lake for an overnight stay in a hotel. Here, guests can relax and unwind from the day and enjoy a delicious and authentic home-cooked meal.

16:00: Arrive at Ba Be Lake and lace up walking boots for a captivating short trek to the picturesque villages of Mo and Lom, both inhabited by the hospitable Tay people. This trek immerses visitors in the region’s stunning natural beauty and offers a glimpse into the traditional lifestyles and cultures of the local communities.

Ba Be Lake - Morning

After breakfast, the final day of the tour begins with boarding a boat and setting off onto the lake. Guests can choose how to spend their time on the boat, whether relaxing and enjoying the views or swimming in the cool waters to refresh themselves. The views include stunning karst formations covered with patches of wild vegetation and rich wildlife. The boat will continue along the Nang River, offering a chance to explore. Visit An Ma Temple and Ao Tien Pond or go kayaking if desired.

Hanoi - 11:00: Time for lunch.

12:00: Return to Hanoi. As the tour concludes, guests will be driven approximately 230 kilometers back to Hanoi, with a stop at a tea plantation nestled among rolling hills. Upon arrival in Hanoi, it is time to say farewell, having created lifelong memories and connections.

17:00: Arrive in Hanoi. Drop off at the hotel. Tour ends. Thank you for choosing our service.
