DRIVE TO SAPA & TREK TO SA XENG

Sapa - Guests will be collected from their hotel in Hanoi early in the morning (around 7:30 AM). The journey to Sapa will commence on the HW Noi Bai – Lao Cai, the longest highway in Vietnam. This picturesque drive from the Red River Delta, through the midlands to Lao Cai province, is a wonderful start to the trip. Arrival in Sapa is expected by noon, followed by lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, guests will be transferred to a trekking point in Sa Xéng Village, with a brief stop en route to capture photos of Muong Hoa Valley. Upon reaching Hau Thao, guests will disembark and begin the afternoon trek to Sả Xéng. The trek follows a small back road winding through the uneven Valley, mostly gently downhill, passing several villages and offering views of rice terraced fields. At the end of the trek, guests will be picked up and returned to Sapa town to check into a hotel for the night. Dinner will be at the guests’ own expense.

MUONG HOA VALLEY – HA NOI

Muong Hoa Valley - After breakfast at the hotel, at 8:30, guests will be picked up and transferred by car to a trekking point at Y Linh Ho Village, Muong Hoa Valley. Muong Hoa is the largest valley in the Sapa region, with a rocky river at its base. This is one of the most scenic trekking paths in Sapa. The trek begins with a descent into the valley, where the beautiful rice terraces along the way could be the day’s highlight. Guests will cross the river on a small suspension bridge and continue trekking uphill. This part can be challenging when wet but offers spectacular views over the valley. The trek concludes at Lao Chai Village, where a private vehicle will be waiting. Guests will then continue to enjoy views of Muong Hoa Valley as the drive follows the valley’s length. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant along the way. The afternoon will be spent driving back to Hanoi, with an expected arrival around 20:00.
