An unforgettable Hanoi Adventure - I recently visited Hanoi, Vietnam for a business trip and had the opportunity tontake a half day city tour organized by Jacky Travels. Everything was perfectly planned from start to finish. The restaurants they selected were excellent, and exploring the city by jeep was truly a memorable experience. Visit to Ha long bay by private boat was a breathtaking experience. It was an end to end awesome experience- Highly recommended!!

Great experienced with Jacky Travel. - We been through Hanoi > Sapa > Cat Cat Village with a little trekking > Trekking Y Ling Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van Village > Fansipan by cable car and walked through 600 steps to the top (although the day very misty, but we are enjoyable) > Free and Easy in Hanoi. (5D4N Trip, it's better to make it extra 1 - 2 days so you have more times to walk around the market. Thanks to our tour guide - Michael got always taking care of us and he is a awesome ppl during the trip. Jacky Travel also provided us small gifts and they are so thoughtful.

Great Vietnam holiday, made better by using Jacky Travel - Smiley from Jacky Vietnam Travel organised everything for us, accommodation, tours and transfers. All were amazing and well managed, Smiley met us at our first hotel in Hanoi and went over everything, she was constantly in touch checking on our progress and assisting with anything we needed. Excellent service! - Excellent service from the guide and Jacky tour agency. Patient and explained concisely the history and food preparation. We were completely filled before the last dish. And ended with the train street. We also engaged Jacky agency for our trip and hotel and transportation in SAPA. The guide named May in sapa was caring and knowledgeable. Patient and able to cater to seniors in our family. Hanna. Jacky. Their team members check in with us daily to ensure we are safe and any concerns addressed. He picked us up at the hotel and showed us 5 very great traditional vietnamese dishes that tasted delicious. The tour was well organizied and Vinh told us a lot of interesting facts about the city, the buildings and the history of VietNam. He adjusted the tour however we liked it and made a little walking/sightseeing break in between the food tastings as we were completely full (it just tasted too good). Vinh knows the best spots to go and is a friendly and very helpful guide, that really made us enjoy the tour a lot. We can only warmly recommend him and the food tour to anybody who likes to know more about the country and taste the traditional cuisine of VietNam. Thanks for the nice experience!

IT WAS A FANTASTIC HOLIDAY FOR MY FAMILY - Jacky has arranged a wonderful tour for my family vacations.He was very patiently answer all my questions from very begining i contacted him via Whatsapp.The hotel he arranged for us was Sapa Relax Hotel and Vacanza Premier Hotel in Hanoi was super clean and strategic location, it was very convenient for us to move around.My request to visit Fansipan on our arrival was completely fullfiled with his super organized team that at least we could manage to visit Fansipan Mountain before the cable car was closed for maintenance on next day.The Aqua Marine cruise was superb to at Halong Bay.We was surprised to receive a souvinier on our last day of tour from Jacky as memorable gift for us to bring back from Vietnam.I could highly recommend Jacky Travel to whom wish to have a memorable vacations.

Nice Guide But Unorganized Tour Operator - Our guide was friendly, but unfortunately, they didn't speak much English. The tour operator shouldn't have paired us together, as we missed out on important details and information about food in Hanoi. We will definitely avoid this tour operator for all our future visitors.
