Professional, Punctual and Friendly Team - On the advice of a friend who lives in Hanoi, we contacted Danny Phan Travel in early November to help with a fairly complex itinerary that included eight transfers—four of them involving two bikes and two passengers. Danny was absolutely amazing.
He thoughtfully worked through the logistics of every transfer, and his prices were on par with what we would have paid using Grab or local taxis on our own. Each driver arrived well ahead of the agreed pickup times, helped us carefully load our bikes, and delivered us exactly where we had planned to go—every single time.
Throughout our travels in Vietnam, I genuinely felt as though a friend was taking the very best care of us and our belongings. That peace of mind made a huge difference. I wholeheartedly recommend Danny Phan Travel for anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful support, whether you’re sticking to well-known routes or heading off the beaten path.

Wonderful 13 days Trip with Danny - We had 13 days trip with Danny. He helped to plan the trip from SAPA - Hagiang - Dong Van - Meo Vac - Lang Son - Halong - Ninh Binh - Hanoi. It was a wonderful experience. He was always on time, made us feel safe on the road, and shared great food suggestions that helped us enjoy the local cuisine. Truly thoughtful and reliable service!

Brilliant transport solution in North Vietnam - We had an excellent service from Danny and his team whilst we were in Vietnam. We used his transfer service 5 times including some long distance runs between Sapa and Ninh Binh - all the drivers were professional and the cars clean and comfortable. Everyday I was able to amend my pick up time and I would get a what’s app message which detailed the driver, contact number and vehicle. It was a very slick operation and great value. Would not hesitate to recommend

Trustworthy and reliable transport services! - Travelled from Hanoi to Sapa, most flexible route and timing comparing to buses/trains.
Car is the way to go for your adventures.
There were adequate rest/meal/toilet breaks throughout the journey as well. (5.5~ hours)
You can sit with ease as Danny and his team of drivers will get you to your destination safely & professionally.

3 day/2 night Sapa trip with Danny - I contacted Danny for roundtrip transfers from Hanoi to Sapa because of the reviews on Trip Advisor. We communicated via email and then through WhatsApp, which we used extensively during our Vietnam trip.
Danny provided pickup instructions from the Hanoi airport, and even sent a photo of the meeting point. We were picked up promptly and enjoyed the 5 hr transfer to Sapa. We felt very safe driving with Danny, and we stopped twice for toilet breaks. While we were in Sapa, he was available to take us anywhere we wanted to go and drove us to a local village, explaining rural life in Vietnam. He then transferred us to a hotel in Hanoi.
I highly recommend using Danny Phan Travel for transfers. It was easy to contact him directly, and you can see the offerings of transfers and tours on his website. If you can fit Sapa into your northern Vietnam trip, I highly encourage you to book private transfers with Danny.

Great experience and friendly staff! - We went through Danny recently to travel between Hanoi and Sapa.
It was a great experience, but there were a few things that could have made it better. The driver was on time, and efficient in getting us there, taking around 5 hours. The car was clean, although one of the free bottles of water had already been opened and sipped, which made us uneasy on the second bottle.
Unfortunately, the driver did not speak any English, but did have a translator app. It was a very quiet car ride, which was a shame. We were hoping to learn more about their culture and maybe stop along the way more, but this was not an option.
There was one stop on the way, which was at a rest stop. There was options for a toilet, which costs 3000 dong per person entry, and food/drinks.
The driver was very courteous and willing to help. Danny was great to deal with and communicated phenomenally.
Would I use their services again, yes I would. It was hassle free and efficient.
