HANOI CITY FULL DAY GROUP TOUR (L)

Old Quarter - Guests will be picked up from their hotels in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area between 7:45 AM and 8:15 AM.

Chua Tran Quoc - The first stop is Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Hanoi, built in the 6th century.

Hanoi is a wonderful destination for Buddhists, featuring numerous ancient pagodas and temples. Most of these historic sites are located around West Lake. Tran Quoc Pagoda, being the oldest in Hanoi, is a must-visit for those interested in Buddhism. With over 1500 years of history, it plays a significant role in the development of Vietnam and Hanoi, attracting thousands of visitors worldwide annually.

Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum - The next stop is the Ho Chi Minh complex, where visitors can view the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh and explore the garden, including two houses where he lived and worked from 1954 to 1969.

One Pillar Pagoda - Visit the One Pillar Pagoda, dedicated to the Goddess of Mercy, renowned as the most unique pagoda in the world.

Vietnam Museum of Ethnology - Explore the Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the culture of the 54 ethnic groups residing throughout Vietnam.

Special Note: On Mondays, the Women Museum will be visited instead of the Ethnology Museum, which is closed.

Old Quarter - 12:45 PM: Enjoy lunch at our restaurant, offering a chance to savor Vietnamese cuisine.

Temple of Literature & National University - Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, established in the 11th century.

Hoa Lo Prison - Visit the Hoa Lo Prison Museum, initially used by French colonists for political prisoners and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. American POWs referred to it as the “Hanoi Hilton.”

Old Quarter - 4:15 PM - 4:30 PM: The tour concludes, and guests will be returned to their hotels in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area.

HALONG BAY OVERNIGHT CRUISES (L/D)

Old Quarter - Guests will be picked up from their hotels between 7:45 AM and 8:15 AM for the transfer to Halong Bay Overnight, a journey of approximately 2 hours.

Halong Bay - At 11:30 AM, upon arrival at Tuan Chau Marina, guests will be welcomed by the receptionist at the cruise’s waiting lounge. After check-in, lunch will be served in the Cruise Restaurant as the luxury cruise departs to explore Lan Ha Bay.

Lan Ha Bay - This is a sample itinerary for Luxury Overnight Cruises in Halong Bay & Lan Ha Bay: Cruise from Halong Bay to the less touristy Lan Ha Bay, passing stunning islands and islets like Teapot Islets. Enjoy kayaking in pristine areas, swimming in tranquil lagoons, and relaxing onboard while watching the sunset. In the evening, participate in a cooking class to make Vietnamese Spring rolls, followed by a delicious dinner with local foods on the boat. Entertainment options include squid fishing, karaoke, dancing, bar services, and fun games. Overnight on the cruise.

LAN HA BAY – HALONG BAY - HANOI (B/Brunch)

Lan Ha Bay - Rise early for a Tai Chi session on the sundeck, enjoy the fresh atmosphere, and watch the sunrise over Lan Ha Bay. Breakfast is served with a morning view of the bay’s landscape, accompanied by tea or coffee. Enjoy free time kayaking and exploring Lan Ha Bay’s scenery. After returning to the boat, conclude the trip with a hearty brunch as the ship sails back to the harbor. Bid farewell to the boat at the port and return to Hanoi in the afternoon. 11:00 AM: Disembark at Tuan Chau harbor, with hopes that guests enjoyed their time and wishes for a safe onward journey.

Halong Bay - Pass by Halong Bay on the return to Tuan Chau International Cruise Port.

Old Quarter - After the cruise, disembark at Tuan Chau Harbor and transfer back to Hanoi City. Guests will be dropped off at their hotels in the Old Quarter Area between 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM.

NINH BINH GATEWAY FULL DAY TOUR (L)

Old Quarter - 7:15 AM – 7:30 AM: The guide and driver will pick up guests from their accommodations in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area or the Hanoi Opera House if outside, then head to Ninh Binh, a 2-hour drive.

Bai Dinh Pagoda - Arrive at Bai Dinh Pagoda, the largest pagoda in Vietnam, featuring 500 La Han statues and the largest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam, standing 10 meters tall and weighing 100 tons. Guests will take an electric car from the parking area to the Tam Quan Gate (main gate) and walk with the tour guide to explore the pagoda and learn about Buddhism.

Trang An Grottoes - Proceed to a local restaurant for lunch with Vietnamese dishes. After lunch, transfer to Trang An Eco Tourism Area, a highlight of the trip, for a 2.5-hour boat trip to explore Trang An Nature Caves.

Mua Caves - After Trang An, transfer to Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). Climb nearly 500 steps to reach the top of Lying Dragon Mountain for a breathtaking panoramic view of Tam Coc.

Old Quarter - At the end of the day, bid farewell to Ninh Binh and transfer back to Hanoi City, a 2-hour drive. Guests will arrive at their hotels between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM.

MAI CHAU FULL DAY TOUR (L)

Old Quarter - 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM: The tour guide and transfer will pick up guests from their hotels in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area and begin the drive to Mai Chau Valley, approximately a 4-hour journey.

Thung Khe Pass - 11:00 AM: Stop at Thung Khe Pass to visit the local market of the Muong Ethnic Minority, learn about their daily life and customs, and enjoy the stunning scenery on the pass, one of the 10 most beautiful passes in Vietnam.

Mai Châu District Police - 12:00 PM: Arrive in Mai Chau Valley for lunch. 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Enjoy a cycling tour in a beautiful valley with fresh air, visit a typical Thai ethnic village, and discover how traditional fabrics and brocade products are woven, a process that takes a long time to complete. 3:30 PM: Board the bus for the return transfer to Hanoi.

Old Quarter - 7:00 PM: Arrive in the Hanoi Old Quarter and drop off at the hotel. The 5 Group Day Tour concludes.
