• Truc Bach Lake - Begin the evening adventure with a short ride to a local restaurant in Ngu Xa village to savor “Phở cuốn” - steamed rice paper rolls with fried beef and salad, accompanied by a dipping sauce with young papaya and various spices. Guests can also try other authentic dishes like “Phở chiên phồng” – stir-fried steamed rice paper with beef, bok choy, onion, and Phở trộn – mixed noodles.
• West Lake - Depart from the local restaurant and ride along the picturesque Thanh Nien road, which separates Truc Bach Lake and West Lake, passing through a part of Hanoi’s new city. The Vespa will stop at a “Chả cá” restaurant to taste grilled fish fillets mixed with spring onion, dill, coriander, basil, vegetables, and served with rice noodles.
