• Hanoi - We’ll gather at the historic Old Quarter, exploring street food vendors, long-standing eateries, and family recipes passed down through generations. Enjoy crispy handmade pillow cakes, translucent tapioca dumplings, and caramelized pork belly. A must-try is the Hanoian classic - Chả Cá Lã Vọng, a turmeric-infused fish dish with dill at a century-old original location, followed by a steaming hot bowl of pho at a Michelin-rated restaurant.

Next, bánh cuon rice rolls are expertly rolled over the griddle, and later, grilled bun cha pork patties are served over stringy vermicelli noodles and fresh herbs, while young green rice flakes are wrapped in banana leaves, accompanied by dracontomelon juice.
