Hanoi Epic tour 6D5N Hanoi - Halong Bay - Ninh Binh - Sapa - I have almost completed my 2nd solo trip around the world in the past 21 months and my two week leg in Vietnam was Absolutely Amazing and packed with ADVENTURE!. It was the only leg where i completely took my hands off the wheel and put my trust in my Travel agent "Harley" who i had never met or even spoken with until i arrived in Vietnam. I had a U.S. travel agent who i gave a ruff outline of a few goals i had who then shared my wishes with Harley. Harley went above and beyond and even personsally met with me twice on the trip... one of the times she even escorted me to my train and made sure i was onboard and in the correct cabin. When i think of professional service in the future.... the standard Harley set will be the bar to exceed! I now consider Harley a friend and TRUSTED protector and I am grateful to have her on my TEAM! I say team because Harley coordinated my entire trip from North Vietnam to South and everything in between. She hired every driver, tour guide and cruise throughout the county. When i got in a bind and needed a shower after checking out of the hotel in the am and returning in the evening to gather my luggage before my next adventure she tried to get the hotel to give me a room for 30 minuets to shower before my next leg and when the hotel couldn't accommodate me she literally knocked on families doors in the neighborhood across the street until one family agreed to let me shower in their home. THAT IS ABOVE AND BEYONG CUSTOMER SERVICE. A personal THANK YOU agin my friend! your future is BRIGHT in the travel & service industry.

Fun and organized tour! Little to no stress - The trip was very structured and enjoyable, the guides were accomodating and very easy to communicate to, we got Daphne’s help and she guided us through Whatsapp every step of the way. The trip itself was fun and we got to do lots of activities with adequate amount of rest. I appreciate the team’s patience and convenience.

Great people Great cfoid - The trip was great. I am 77 and out of shape so some of the adventures were out on my league but the tour guides were very accommodating. The hotels were excellent and the food was good and plentyful. Tour guides met us as scheduled and they were very knowledgeable for the regions. I would recommend Harley and Crossing Vietnam Touts to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam.

Epic Northern Vietnam Tour - Sapa, Halong Bay - Ninh Binh - Hanoi - An amazing trip organized by an amazing tour company! When my party of 5 was planning to visit Vietnam, we had no idea where to start. We came across Crossing Vietnam Tour Company and from the very beginning Harley Pham, Travel Consultant, made planning the trip a breeze. Crossing Vietnam offered a variety of tour packages, but no package had everything we wanted to do in the one week we had. However, the best part of working with Crossing Vietnam Tour Company and Harley was that they could personalize and curate the perfect package for you. We told Harley where we wanted to go and how many days we wanted to stay at each location and she was able to offer us a variety of accommodations, travel options and attractions at each location, including pictures! Harley made the planning so easy and really was the key to making our trip fantastic! Leading up to the trip and throughout the trip, Harley was in constant communication and made sure we had no problems or concerns during our stay. When we arrived at Noi Bai airport we were greeted by a private limousine bus driver and taking straight to Sapa, with a bathroom break in between the 5 hour drive. Our tour organizer for Sapa, Nam Avicii, was immediately in contact with us on our way to Sapa and once we checked into our 5-star Pao Sapa Leisure hotel he was ready to take us to dinner. Nam took care of everything in Sapa from meals to transportation around Sapa and organizing private English speaking tour guides. Our local guide in Sapa, Vang Giang, was fun and knowledgeable, teaching us about the Hmong people in Sapa, guiding us up Fansipan Mountain, and even providing us with a suggestion to go to an alpine coaster. We highly recommend going on the alpine coaster twice as it was quick but tons of fun! After Sapa we went back to Hanoi for a night and the next morning got picked up for our one night Halong Bay Cruise. We were on La Pandora Cruise, where each room had a private balcony, and the staff was so friendly! It was nice to just relax on the water and be surrounded by beautiful rock formations. After Halong we went back to Hanoi for a night and the next day took a day trip to Ninh Binh. Our English speaking tour guide from Crossing Vietnam Tour was Bang Nguyen. Bang was an amazing tour guide and passionate about telling us the history of Ninh Binh and Vietnam. Bang was such an amazing tour guide we convinced him to be our tour guide back in Hanoi the next day! Originally only two of us were going to do a half day tour of Hanoi, but after just the one day in Ninh Binh two more of my group decided they wanted to join the half day tour just so we could hear more about Hanoi and the history of Vietnam from Bang. Harley was so accommodating and made it all work out last minute. The half day tour of Hanoi which included the Temple of Literature, Hoa Lo Prison, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, and Train Street was well worth it and again, our guide Bang made the tour so enjoyable and filled with so much information. If you get the opportunity to have Bang as a tour guide, you are in good hands and will have an amazing time. Harley Pham, Nam Avicii, Vang Giang, Bang Nguyen, all the drivers, and everyone at Crossing Vietnam Tour Company made our first trip to Vietnam so memorable and easy that we can't wait to go back.
