Very good tour saw a lot,... - Very good tour saw a lot, the tour guide was very skill where he timed everything perfectly. And lunch was a surprise I think we got like 6 to 7 dishes.

Great time! - I booked this for my parents (55+ years old) and they had such a wonderful time. The guide was knowledgeable, friendly and approachable and they mentioned his kindness too. They've learned a lot and had a great time. The lunch was also a great way to introduce them to the food scene. I'd recommend this as the first thing to do when you step your foot into Hanoi.

Great way to see the city... - Great way to see the city and incense village. Mr. Ben was a wonderful guide who taught us some Vietnamese and explained the history of the places we saw. Lunch was excellent too!

It’s interesting to learn... - It’s interesting to learn various aspects of Hanoi city- the past and the present. It really helps us to learn Vietnamese history and culture in a glance. Our guide was knowledgeable and attentive. We had a great impression of the tour.

Hanoi city 1 day tour - It's a good tour to get yourself familiar with Hanoi history, and the lunch provided is pretty good. Fried spring rolls are delicious.

Select the basic tour only - If you pick a tour with the additional tour to train street and incense village. Day tour in hanoi will be shorten and flipped to the intinary.
You will not get to see inside the ho chi minh museum.

Solo Travellers Not Welcome - I was attracted by the itinerary of this tour since I had one day to cover all of Hanoi, but in hindsight the hop on hop off would've been so much better / cheaper. The unwelcoming behavior started from the point I boarded the bus. The guide told me that since I was solo, I should sit next to the driver. This involved climbing over the bonnet and parking myself in a cramped and dirty corner. It also meant being subjected to almost constant loud conversation in Vietnamese between the driver and the guide. The epitome of this experience was when the guide, quite vocally, suggested that the next time I should come with a partner. For whatever reason, he had decided that he wasn't going to get a nice tip from me and so it was OK to ill treat me. In the end, it became a self fulfilling prophecy.
