• Hanoi Opera House - 8:00-8:30 AM: Guests are picked up in the Hanoi Old Quarter (Hoan Kiem district). The guide will meet guests in the hotel/stay lobby to begin the tour. An approximate time for the bus and guide’s arrival at each hotel/stay location will be provided. If the hotel is outside the Old Town, guests should gather at the Opera House front for the trip.
• Halong International Cruise Port - After a 3-hour drive with a pitstop (a pearl or bamboo showroom, farm, and factory - we have no affiliation with these places. Guests can explore or shop as they wish; it’s typically a stop for restrooms or coffee), the cruise harbor is reached around midday. Guests check in for a 6-hour boat tour of Halong Bay. The entrance fee is not included in our rate. The starting point may change to Tuan Chau cruise harbor for the noon-start trip. The government entry ticket of 310,000 VND is not included in our rate. We do not handle government ticket sales. Please provide the guide with the ticket fee to purchase tickets for entry to the boat.
• Hon Ga Choi Island - The cruise begins with lunch, and the first stop is the famous rock symbol of Halong. Please note: Bringing plastic water bottles on the boat is prohibited by the government. If guests bring their own drinks and wish to have them served in the restaurant, a 30% surcharge of the drink’s price on the boat menu will apply.
• Sung Sot Cave - Explore the best cave in Halong Bay within 50 minutes. The walking route includes approximately 200 steps up and 200 steps down, along with a 400-meter walking path inside the cave.
• Hang Luon Cave - Enjoy a 35-minute special lagoon visit, best explored by kayaking independently (extra clothes needed) or by a bamboo boat rowed by local people.
• Ti Top Island - Visit Titov Island and beach, where guests can swim or hike up 400 steps to the hilltop for a panoramic view of Halong Bay. From here, the cruise returns to shore, arriving at 6:00 PM, followed by a 2.5-hour drive back to Hanoi city.
• Old Quarter - Around 8:30 PM: Return to the starting point. The tour concludes. We hope you have a wonderful time in Vietnam.

• Pick Up Clearance: We only pick up inside Old Quarter - Hoan Kiem district and some close by area. When your hotel is not in the Hoan Kiem district you will need to come to our meeting point. We suggest customers not asking an exchange review for pick up or we pay for the taxi to come to meeting point when your hotel is not in the pick up area. If you do, your booking will be canceled immediately.
• Additional Profit: When you book the tour and do not want to go but it is too close to departure time you will not be able to cancel. We can help to later the booking if you notice us 12h before tour departure time via our hotline. If not the tour will not be refunded.. This is additional profit from the standard cancelation policy of Viator.
• Halong bay is highly protected area and routes are organized by our Government. all day cruises have to follow the routes strictly and cannot go anywhere we like. So there will be many boats are running in the same route and there are only 2 routes to visit Halong bay in a day with 4 hours and 6 hours. Our staff will always try our best to avoid the crowd by arranging the activities order but in some peak season time and weekend in Summer time there will be some crowd.
• Kindly notice: NOT BRINGING plastic bottle water to the boat as it is forbiden by the Government. If you bring your own drinks and want it to be served in the restaurant, there will be a surcharge 30% of the drink’s price on the boat menu.
