A place where Legends are born - When you fancy doing an activity then I highly recommend the Ha Giang Loop with this team. It's the most incredible thing you'll do as a rider or easy rider whilst exploring Northern Vietnam. The Vietnamese drivers that will accompany you are the most outstanding in the world. Every turn you commit is an adrenaline rush, every dirt road you take is such a high and the views, well the views will literally take your breath away. You'll spend time hanging out with the lads in the evening. Okay there's a language barrier, but that's easily passed with a drink in your hand singing international songs in the karaoke bar with the Chinese border on the horizon too. Get your ar*e on it now, because it's one thing you do not want to miss. Make sure you have experience as a rider because there is one rule, "Respect the road like you would respect the sea, do not and she will throw you off", if you don't have experience then I highly recommend the legendary drivers of Vietnam - they will look after you like a brother or sister!!

Spectacular mountain tour - Due to the good reviews, we chose Tonkin Travel as a tour operator. We were not disappointed. From personal contact before the tour, to picking up the homestay in the old town, to the safe return everything was perfectly organized. Our driver has us in the comfortable van at any time very safe through dense traffic, and narrow and sometimes bad mountain roads piloted. With Henry, our young tour guide, we had, as a family with adult children, a lot of fun and joy. He speaks very good English and has a great knowledge of the history of the country and ethnic minorities. He also always tried on personal requests and was there for us at all times. We had a very family relationship during the tour to him. The spectacular views of the mountains, the insights into the life of the ethnic mountain people, the overnight stay in the homestay, the hike on Ma Pi Leng Pass and much more will always be remembered. The tour is highly recommended. It could be even more relaxed if booked as 4days / 3nights tour.

Brilliant guide & driver! - We did 3 days/ 2 night’s trip to Ha Giang with Hoang – An excellent tour guide & friend. And driver Mr. Luc – a very carefully & funny guide. They made our trip more than expectation. They gave us some insight into local life. The destination & scenery was stunning. Views from Lung Cu flag tower & Ma pi Leng were brilliant. Highly recommend!

Magical - 3 Days/ 2 nights package was a great snapshot of mountainous in Ha Giang, Vietnam. It's long enough to see amazing destinations on the way from Ha Giang city to Quan Ba, Yen Minh, Dong Van, Meo Vac...We're lucky to have Vu - tour guide who was smart, funny, knowledgeable & helpful. Highly recommend!

Ha Giang package tour - Alex & team was great. He booked this package for us with clear information & fair price. He sent a carefully driver & brilliant tour guide. They made our trip was very enjoyable. Ha Giang was exciting places with lots of beautiful mountains & ethnics. Everything was well done: comfortable mini hotels, good foods, friendly services...!

Amazing experience - That's was a must do in Vietnam for travelers who love adventures & cultures. Passing lots of different minorities & mountain shapes on the way. Fairy bosom mountain, Geo Park Dong Van, Flower fieds, Ma Pi Leng pass, Nho Que river, Lung Cu flag pole...was gorgeous. Visited early morning market in Dong Van with lots of things to experience...Highly recommend!

Hill tribes were very nice - This was amazing trip in the mountainous of Vietnam. The Hill tribes were very nice. We've met many children & local people on the way in different clothes & minorities but they were all very friendly. The views of this area was gorgeous: Dong Van Geo park, Lung Cu & Ma pi Leng. Should do it!

Ha Giang - A must do in Vietnam - Our Ha Giang tour was great. It was a great way to experience different cultures & views of the provinces, towns, cities, villages in the north-east Vietnam. Mountainous areas, hills & tribes were amazing. Vu - our guide was great

Great sightseeing trip - We've had amazing 3 days & 2 nights trip on this option tour. Private guide & car was excellent. Vu was a brilliant tour guide, he shared lots of things about culture of hill tribes in Vietnam & Ha Giang. Views from Ma Pi Leng peak was excellent!
