Cool - Great overall experience. However, I never received a reply from the provider despite reaching out several times — I had a flight the next day and needed confirmation. When booking the Ha Giang–Hanoi option, it only showed hotels for pickup in Hanoi, not Ha Giang. I ended up having to contact Viator directly for clarification. Only after I contact Viator directly did the provider reach out. Strangely, I got prompt responses for a separate Hanoi–Sapa booking but none for this one. I ended up booking another bus, assuming this trip wouldn’t run, and lost $30 due to the lack of communication. That being said, the bus ride itself was great.

More like a Vietnamese ride than a limousine bus - It turned out to be more like a typical Vietnamese ride with the driver stopping about 6-7 times along the way to drop off packages to different people. We picked up two other locals who were looking to hitch a ride. Toward the end, we all had to get out and move our bags to a different van to get dropped off at our hotels. We also didn't get any water.
