Comfortable bus with 5-star service - We took this company to get from Hanoi to Cat ba. The experience could not be better. We were picked up promptly at the hotel (having previously contacted us by phone). You are accompanied by a guide, in our case, absolutely professional and friendly. We were dropped off on the cable car (most of it was by speedboat) and when we arrived we were already waiting for another bus, which left us at the door of our hotel.

Fastest, easiest, cheapest and most efficient way from Ha Noi to Cat Ba! - Other than there being no wifi (as advertised) on the bus this is absolutely the fastest, most efficient , and easiest way to get to Cat Ba from Ha Noi. I was AMAZED how efficient actually. We started at their Ha Noi office, got on the bus, arrived at the marina and walked directly onto a small ferry boat to the island, then walked directly onto another bus and they dropped us off AT THE DOOR of our accommodations on the island. There was not one second of wasted time or waiting- it was INCREDIBLE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. There is absolutely no better way to get there.

Very reliable - Booking was easy and so was communication and preparation before the ride. We had forgotten something on the bus after the trip and had contacted the Enterprise after the trip. Our belongings were personally taken to the hotel the next morning. That was really nice and sweet. Thank you very much for the ride.

Merci Good morning Cat ba - Excellent Service, punctual, professional and attentive. Our transfer via Good morning cat ba from Hanoi to cat ba was really great. My wife forgot her prescription glasses on the bus on the first ride. They listened, found them and transferred a day later to the hotel where we were staying. They saved our stay. Merci Good morning cat ba.

Worst experience ever! - LIARS! They will mislead you from the start. They would even say that you are a liar. We booked 2 tickets to Cat Ba via bus, then cable car, and another 2 from Cat Ba to Hanoi. Then when we got there they said no your ticket doesn't include the cable car price. They even called their own staff liars! We had to pay for it ourselves, then on the way back to Hanoi, they said they would refund us for it and they got us the cable car ticekts from Cat Ba. On the bus they asked us to pay it back!! They are not actually a company or know anything about making tours. I attached another bad review I found when I was adding mine. AVOID THIS CIRCUS!
