Here’s some of the recipes we teach: - The internationally famous egg coffee. Labor-intensive and easily satisfying enough to make it well worth the work. learn the magic.
- Hanoi-style expresso-strength milk coffee. Several small details make it great!
- Saigon-style milk coffee. A tad sweeter than Hanoian with 3 secret drops.
After class, feel free to stay to enjoy and compare your creations on our balcony or open front sidewalk area and compare your various creations as you plan your next adventure and if you need any of the making materials for take-home, we carry everything and can set you right up pronto.

Lena was the best! - LOVED IT! Lena was excellent and so so patient! We were a group of 8 and she took her time to explain the recipes step by step and even gave a history lesson of the coffee itself. We went directly to the café to book the class and for 300,000 VND per person we got to learn four different coffees: coffee with condensed milk from a phin, salt coffee, egg coffee and coconut coffee!
100% recommend!! Especially if you can book it with Lena!

Egg coffee making :) - Lucy was my egg coffee class trainer. She was so bubbly and an absolute delight. She was patient and explained the whole process clearly. Loved it and highly recommend it.

Egg Coffee Monster - Really enjoyed the experience and the culture orientation of Egg Coffee. Lena was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything and we talked about the culture of Vietnam and not just about coffee. I'd definitely recommend this as part of your experiential adventure in Hanoi.

Great Coffee Making Class - Devin was great with teaching us how to make coffee. It was easy paced and he helped us out whenever we needed. He explained the history and helped us create four delicious coffees. This was an hour class that was so much fun!
