A fantastic & memorable cooking class. - My husband & I love cooking so we thought we’d find a class whilst staying in Hanoi - we looked online & discovered lots! mostly cooking the same things. However Hidden Hanoi had a variety of different & interesting dishes that you could choose from & this appealed to us. We had a fantastic 4 hrs with Nikita/Hidden Hanoi - first visiting her local market to buy some produce then back to her home to cook the Seafood dishes then eat them! It was a wonderful way to see a bit of Hanoi that we otherwise would not have seen or experienced. Nikita was a fantastic host, friendly & informative & if we hadn’t been flying home so soon I would have liked to have done more cooking & a tour of the city with Nikita. We just need to locate some of those wonderful herbs & hopefully we can replicate the dishes here in the uk. Definitely recommend a cooking class with Nikita & her team.

A must for a unique experience in Hanoi! - Incredible experience! It’s was as much informative culturally as fun and delicious. We felt truly like part of the family cooking and dining with friends.

Great vegetarian cooking course for spring rolls - I am absolutely thrilled! The transfer to the market worked out well despite bad weather. And the market visit was also a small experience. I've definitely seen some things I haven't seen yet. And the fruit Sapodilla e also took and tasted. There were only two of us and our teacher Nikita provided her own home for this. We prepared Springroll's four ways, taking into account that I follow a vegetarian diet. And we definitely prepared a lot of it ourselves and under instruction. During the course we learned a lot about cooking culture and life in Vietnam. Really every question was answered. And the result was so delicious! Thank you, Nikita and Hidden Hanoi!

Small Group Pho/Summer Roll Cooking Class - Excellent service from an arranged door to door car service to and from, a guided market visit where our guide bought some things for us to try back at the classroom upon request and clear instruction. The market tour was brief-ish but full of explanations and customs and deeper insight into follow-up questions. The class itself was very hands on with explanations around the geographical differences in food as well as very clear considerations of ingredients and skills. Plus, the end results was DELICIOUS.

Great fun! - Was super fun learning to cook bun cha and eating it. The venue is beautiful too! Nikita went out of her way to give us some personal history too.

Best cooking experience ever! - One of the most beautiful experiences during our visit to Vietnam and a highlight of our stay in Hanoi! Everything was perfect! Our host, Oanh (Nikita) was very professional, but in the same time friendly and charming. We learned a lot and had lot of fun. Highly recommend if you even like to cook! We shall remember it forever!

A Must! - Our favourite day in Hanoi! From the welcome, to learning how to cross the road (safely!), to the market experience, and then the inclusive cooking & dining experience. Loved hearing the history of Vietnam from a culinary perspective.

Hands on cooking class with a delicious meal at the end of it! - The street food cooking class with market visit was a highlight of my weekend sightseeing in Hanoi. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers and had the most fun learning how to prepare bun cha and nem. The instructor Ms. Oanh was so knowledgeable and shared so much about typical life in Hanoi and her own experience growing up and now raising a family of her own. Her helper Ms. Thuy was lovely and kept our food prep on track. At the end, we enjoyed a delicious meal that left my kids asking for second helpings. The setting for the class is a lovely kitchen tucked away in an interior courtyard that is landscaped and so peaceful. The market tour was lively with all the local Vietnamese families out shopping for Sunday dinner. I would definitely take another class with Hidden Hanoi and learn how to prepare another typical dish.

Absolutely amazing! - I wish I could give Nikita and Hidden Hanoi a 10! Don’t think twice about booking an experience with her. We learnt so much besides how to make the delicious meal we ate - how the markets work, history, culture, living with teens, and so much more. This was what we want our holiday to be about: making memories.

Cooking class with Nikita - Great experience @ hidden Hanoi! We had our cooking class held by Nikita, experiencing the real street food recipes. She has been a fantastic host, we lived a real Vietnamese morning, cooking together and talking about local food & life habits! And the food was amazing! Cam on Oahn, from the bottom of our hearts :)
