Arrive at Ba Be in the afternoon, the perfect time to explore the lake’s beauty by kayaking or swimming in its refreshing waters.

Full Day Trekking In Ba Be National Park

Ba Be National Park - Embark on a full-day 17-km trek starting from Coc Toc village, a secluded village by the lake. Follow off-road trails along Pe Lu stream amidst picturesque rice fields, leading to a lush jungle. Spend 1.5 hours conquering the steep slopes, ending in a small Hmong village.

Continue to Nam Dai to visit and be warmly welcomed by young Hmong and Yao students at a local school. Descend to Wind Peak for a picnic lunch in a local Hmong community house.

From Wind Peak, follow winding trails down the valley, crossing villages, jungles, and emerald rice fields to return to Coc Toc village. If time allows, enjoy swimming in the fresh water before a romantic sunset.

Full Day Cycling In Ba Be National Park

Ba Be National Park - Start your day with a local breakfast to fuel up for a full day of cycling, covering nearly 30 km to explore the hidden parts of Ba Be National Park. Cycle from Pac Ngoi village to the uphill Vang village. Stop and hike uphill to visit the enchanting Tat Ma waterfall, also known as Silk waterfall, due to its cascading waters resembling soft silk. Enjoy a swim or meditation under the waterfall before heading to Hua Ma cave. Lunch is served at a local restaurant near the cave.

Hike up to Hua Ma cave and discover the fascinating legends of this unique cave. Be amazed by the mesmerizing stalactites and stalagmites in this extraordinary cave, considered the most beautiful in Northeast Vietnam.

Half Day Boating In Ba Be Lake – Hanoi

Ba Be National Park - Savor your last breakfast in this rural paradise before embarking on a 3-hour boat ride around the lake. Take a short walk to explore Cam village, experiencing its natural beauty, local people, and school at the lake’s end. Follow the Nang River to Puong cave, a tunnel cave filled with wonders from limestone stalactites and stalagmites to mysterious bats. Proceed to Buoc Lom wharf, where you bid farewell to Ba Be and return to Hanoi.
