HANOI ARRIVAL – FOOD TOUR (MEALS: D)

Hanoi - Upon arriving at Noi Bai airport, a guide and driver will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in the city center. In the afternoon, you’ll embark on a food tour to explore every corner of the Hanoi Old Quarter. Delight in local delicacies such as:

• Banh Cuon: Vietnamese steamed rice rolls
• Bun Cha: rice noodles with barbecue pork
• Hoa Qua Dam: fruit beams, a popular cooling dish among young people during hot summer days. In the heat, savoring a sweet, refreshing, and cool fruit beam is a delightful experience for everyone.
• Egg coffee: a traditional Vietnamese drink made with egg yolks, sugar, condensed milk, and robusta coffee
  Finally, the tour heads to Ta Hien street, known as the “beer corner of the Hanoi Old Quarter.” The guide will then escort you back to your hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.

HANOI CITY TOUR (MEALS: B, L)

Hanoi - After breakfast, the tour guide will meet you in the hotel lobby. The tour begins with a visit to the Ho Chi Minh Complex, completed in 1975. You’ll see the exterior of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. The complex includes the Presidential Palace, House-on-Stilts, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, and the One Pillar Pagoda. Next, visit the Temple of Literature, originally built as a temple to Confucius and the site of Vietnam’s first university, dating back to 1070. The temple underscores the significance of education in Vietnamese society.
Enjoy lunch at a pleasant restaurant in the city center. Afterward, continue the tour with visits to Ngoc Son Temple and Hoan Kiem Lake. Then, take a 45-minute Cyclo Tour through the Old Quarter. Conclude the day with a water puppet show.

HANOI – NINH BINH (MEALS: B, L)

Ninh Binh - After breakfast, the driver and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel. The journey to Ninh Binh, the first capital of Vietnam during the 10th century, begins. The first stop is Hoa Lu, a picturesque site of a 10th-century capital of the ancient Vietnamese Kingdom called Dai Co Viet, which lasted for 41 years (968-1009). Visit the two prominent temples: King Dinh Temple and King Le Temple. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, enjoy a remarkable boat trip to explore Trang An grottoes, featuring 31 valleys, 50 cross-water caves, and home to 600 types of flora and over 200 types of fauna, many listed in Vietnam’s Red Book. As you row through Trang An grotto in the serene, fresh air of the highlands, with only the sound of birds and oars stirring the clear water, surrounded by magnificent forested mountains where white goats graze, you’ll experience a slice of paradise. Overnight in Ninh Binh.

NINH BINH – HA LONG BAY (MEALS: B, L, D)

Halong Bay - After breakfast, depart Ninh Binh for Halong Bay, a 3-hour drive. Ha Long Bay is renowned as Vietnam’s most famous World Heritage Site, celebrated for its stunning seascape, thousands of spectacular islands and islets rising from the sea, and incredible caves with marvelous stalagmites and stalactites of various sizes and shapes.
Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed on board. Lunch will be served as the boat sails to Halong Bay. In the afternoon, partake in activities such as sightseeing, kayaking, swimming, and cave visits (depending on each cruise’s itinerary). Overnight on the cruise.

HA LONG BAY – NOI BAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (MEALS: B, L)

Halong Bay - Start the day with a morning view of the beautiful landscape while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea, followed by breakfast. After breakfast, the cruise will take you on a journey to explore deeper into the bay. Brunch will be served as you sail back to the port, where the driver will pick you up and transfer you to Noi Bai International Airport. The tour guide and driver will bid you farewell!
