Local Sake Brewery Tour in Hanno Saitama Prefecture - It was a great experience going to the Yamane Brewery. The people are really friendly and welcoming. I really like the owner Fuku-san who was explaining everything about their brewery’s origin. Every single bottle of sake was all handmade and I also love the tasting part where he even taught us how to drink it and even got as nuts like almonds and pistachios which was also made by his friend who makes soy sauce. Sweet potato chips were also nice to pair with the sake. The tour was around the brewery was very fun and makes me want to go back again and try his drink all you can sake. The only thing I was worried about was that transportation going to the place. It took us 30 minutes from Hanno Station. It wasn’t a problem for me because I live in a countryside of Japan and I understand the situation but somehow it might be a problem for foreigners who are visiting Japan for sightseeing. They might find it a little bit hassle and inconvenient. Aside from that my overall experience was a 100 percent. I was happy to meet new people and learn new things about Japan.

Rich nature and rich local content - Not only was the sake delicious, but there was also a wealth of content that you can't find anywhere else, such as the nature of Hanno and the philosophy of the sake brewery. It was a satisfying experience that was filled with nature and local characteristics, such as Hanno ware, which is local Hanno pottery, a base made from Nishikawa wood, and nuts from Yugeta soy sauce, which is also brewed in wooden barrels.
