Day trip to reset - Great day trip to visit Hamner Springs. Booked entry ticket on line to avoid queues . You can pay extra for bathrobe , towel and locker . Lockers are easy to use. Lots of pools at varying temperatures and enough space . Good adult pools as well . Would have loved a few more adult pools as imagine it can get busy during summer times winter perfect time to go . Great aqua therapy pools as well. Changing rooms are very clean and hot showers as well as tog dryer. Perfect way to spend a couple of hours

Best in NZ - Great experience with a 5 year old. She throughly enjoyed the slides and the hot pools. They have kept it all in condition and the amenities are better than a lot of the springs around NZ as is the value for money.

Value for money you can get a single enty or 2 session ticket. Make sure you know mwhat you are getting. - Great after a long day of travel.
We came back for a 2nd relaxating treatment after our bungi jump and jet boat experience in Hanmer Springs.
There is a great spinner in teh changing rooms to spin all teh water out of your clothes... use it!

The heart of Hanmer Springs! - We got a two day pass and spent both days soaking in the pools. There's a huge variety of pools, some hotter than others, and lots of seating built in. Some pools are for adults only, which is nice. We didn't try the water slides but the family area looked great and was very popular. There's also a water play area for younger children.

The big slides was sou... - The big slides was sou fun! But in the afternoon too much children from school... Lunch was OK. It was so relaxing in thermal pool... Parents and children like it.

Private Pools - We booked a private pool and were so pleased we did. Easter weekend was very busy and the pools were busy. Our private pool was awesome..and it also did give us access to the other public pools. Although the change rooms were chaotic and unpleasant. Not enough space or privacy.
The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome.

A MUST DO in the beautiful Hanmer Springs - Absolutely loved the different hot pools and the 2 tube slides were so much fun. My favourite pools we're the ones with the cold waterfall feature. The lockers with wrist bands for lockers are a great idea.
The only reason for the one star off was the girl that was at the entrance when we first came in wasn't friendly or helpful.
But we will definitely be back.

Sadly expensive for a reduced experience - I was quite disappointed in today's visit. ALL three of the therapeutic pools, which are very important components of the experience, were shut. There was no acknowledgement of this by reducing the price. Instead there were several pools where you could sit in and just get wet. I think I would rather have sat in my bathtub at home. It would have certainly been a lot cheaper.

Not a good experience - We had a very poor experience. There were 6 adults in our party.
We were repeatedly given contradictory information by staff which meant that we kept breaking the imaginary 'rules'. There was no common sense used by the staff, they were quite rude at times, and seemed to be on quite the power trip.
We left early and didn't bother going back for the second day of our 2-day pass.
Not a fun and relaxing experience. Very disappointing.
