Sunshine and adventure await you! - I would rate this experience higher if I could. My daughter and I booked the tour with no experience and wanting to learn. Our guides Trent and Elsie are top notch and very gifted in teaching and guiding others. When we needed more instruction they were patient and gave us options that felt best for each of us. They cheered us on as we got better and better the whole day was amazing. If I could give any suggestions it would be that the site we booked from made the trip look like it was in Moab where we stayed. “Moab Robber’s Roost Canyoneering Adventure” If we hadn’t carefully read the instructions that came after booking we would have misted our reservation. It was a 1 hour and 40 minute drive away. And we have not visited before and didn’t know the distance. Helpful hints for a fun day… take more water than you think. You will be exerting yourself like no other. Packets of electrolytes are very helpful. When the guide talks to you about how much water to pack it’s important! Second do NOT wear shorts or a t shirt. Do not wear your favorite pants! Plan wisely and cover your knees and elbows and don’t be mad when you wear a hole in anything it’s part of the fun! You will get dirty. Very dirty! You will be starting at the top of rock formations and traveling down… the fun part! However you will walk back to the starting point and need to be prepared for the hike as well! It’s a good one! If you love adventure and a challenge book this now!

Best experience of our lives!! - Our family of five had the absolute best experience doing the Robbers Roost canyoneering trip! Our guides, Trent and Tyler, were incredible from start to finish. They were so patient and supportive with our kids, making sure everyone felt safe and confident the entire time. At one point, Tyler even gave me the last of his water—just an example of how above-and-beyond they both were. Their positive attitudes made the whole adventure even more fun, and they showed us so many amazing spots along the way. This truly turned into one of the best trips of our lives. We had actually called two other Moab-based canyoneering companies before booking, and both told us our kids were too young. But Get In The Wild had no hesitation—and we’re so glad we went with them. Trent and Tyler were phenomenal with our kids and made the experience unforgettable. I could go on and on, but honestly—this is a must-do!

Tyler was OUTSTANDING! - Our guide, Tyler was amazing! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does! Our safety was his number one priority, but our entire day was absolutely amazing. If you book a trip, ask for Tyler.!!!

Canyoneering Adventure - You will not find a better Canyon guide than Christopher! He is very thoughtful and considerate of each person in the group. He is concerned with safety 100% of the time while in the canyon. We had a great adventure with Christopher and recommend that you book your tour today!

Trip of a lifetime in the dirty devil Robers Roost - Christopher took my sister, brother in law, and I to Angel Cove Canyon. He listened to our skill, and physical abilities. He prepares you for the mental aspect of canyoneering and how different people deal with fear. He is a skilled compassionate knowledgeable instructor and leader. He takes great care in safety but gives you room to work independently. He is also and long time family friend and we have waited years to have this special opportunity to get in the wild with Christopher and his wife Mellisa.

Two awesome days of adventure - Christopher and Tyler were great guides. They took the time to answer lots of questions. They taught us new techniques and made everyone in the group very comfortable with what we were about to approach. I loved that they also offered up a little history of the area too. Already talking about coming back next year. 100% a good time !

One for the memory book! - Get in the wild was our favorite activity we did on our trip! It was a short one hour and 45 minute drive from Moab to Hanksville, where we met our guide Tyler. From the beginning to the end Tyler was thorough explaining the gear and ensuring all questions were answered. Safety was always his number 1 priority which helped those that were uneasy with heights. Tyler was a great guide. The entire adventure was a blast from start to end! For those that have little to no experience with repelling don’t be deterred. Especially when you complete the waiver as it can seem a little intimidating. We had members in our group with no experience and a little scared of heights and they did our guide did a professional job getting them through the day. We will be back!

Robbers' Roost, Cornville - Delightful atmosphere, live music the evening that we were there. The food was deliciuos. I had clams in garlic broth, the best I have enjoyed in ages. The wife had a juicy burger with fries. Add a cold beer and it is all you could want. Oh.... the prices were very reasonable as well.

Holy Cow what a great day! - A grand adventure with Chris and Tyler at get in the wild!! You guys are awesome. What a day. I felt safe but full of adrenalin. Then exhausted with a margarita at Dukes after!! Thanks a bunch. Oh and for those reading- Safety is number one on their list. We felt totally in control but with enough adventure to s physically stretch our abilities.

Great time in the canyon - Great day out with Tyler at Robbers roost. It just challenging enough to keep it very interesting but not overly challenging for me with my dad bod and my 15 y/o son. Tyler was great, giving us instructions, and keeping us safe and comfortable. The views were fantastic and we got some great photos. It was an experience we will both remember for a long time.
