This was an amazing class. The facility was clean and inviting. The recipes were delicious and easy enough to prepare at home. The Chef was accommodating and entertaining not to mention I learned new valuable tips that i will use in the future. Can't recommend this facility highly enough!

The class was given to me as a Christmas gift and I was joined by one of my daughters in law and we had a wonderful learning experience. I thoroughly recommend Chef Darin's cooking school. I have attended a variety of cooking classes and this was one of the best.

I've taken cooking classes numerous times and especially enjoyed this one. Chef Darin engaged each one of us and we all had hands on experience. Instruction on proper use of the knife was eye opening. Who knew I was cutting backwards, actually pulling the blade back to front, toward me, as opposed to front to back, away from me? Having been in the kitchen many decades I now know I still have many things to learn. I'll be back.
