5 stars, Highly Recommend - We opted to book through trip advisor rather than the cruiseship. The tour stated it would be about 4hrs and transportation would be covered to each destination and back to the ship. We definitely got more than our money's worth. Dean was amazing. Before taking us the the caves, he drove us around the island, sharing the history, the culture, pointing out various landmarks, stopping for photos at high points and landmarks on the island. He took care of getting us into the Zoo/Aquarium and the Crystal Cave and was timely picking us up at each location. On the way back to the ship, Dean gave us pointers on what to do the following day (Good Friday) which is a national holiday on the island. 5 stars, will definitely contact Dean again if we return to the island.

Captivating and SO MEMORABLE. The Crystal Caves and Aquarium are a MUST SEE while in Bermuda. - My girlfriend and I were visiting friends in Bermuda and chose the Crystal Caves and Aquarium as an excursion to explore the island and it did not disappoint. The trip started with a pick up in Hamilton by the kind and informative Aldwyn. As we drove from Hamilton east to the caves, Aldwyn shared interesting historical and cultural tidbits about the island while we got to pass through the beauty of the South Shore. Upon arrival at the caves we were led by tour guide Darius who gave us in-depth insight into the history of the cave, complete with geological information and he also had an exceptional sense of humor. The cave was captivating. After that tour, Aldwyn was waiting for us and jettisoned us to the aquarium where we got to see all types of fish, crustaceans, mollusks, and even the 3 seals they have on site. After the aquarium, we got to explore the immersive zoo which allows guests to go inside the habitat and get up close to lemurs, giant tortoises, and more. The trip concluded with a ride back into Hamilton and memories to last a lifetime. 10/10 would recommend.

Really nice way to spend the afternoon - We saw this excursion offered by our cruise operator but their pricing was out of control. We turned to Google an found this tour, almost identical to the cruise one at a much better price and it was basically private to our group of 8. Our driver was not just a driver, but offered us some guided tour on our way to and from the locations. The Aquarium was nice, not big, and was somewhat interaction for the kids. The caves were the main event though! Simply beautiful natural creations and the kids and adults really enjoyed the thorough tour offered by the guides. If you are looking for a non-beach activity, then this is a great one.

A must see in Betmuda! - Never been to Bermuda, read about these caves online and decided to see them. They were absolutely awesome!!! About an hours drive from the Know ngs Wharf cruise terminal but our guide was very knowledgeable and we saw a lot of the island on the way

Aquarium and Crystal Cav - The lemurs are really cool. King Julian on the mic! I like it , like it , like it, like it. The crystal cave was good also.

Stunning caves and lovely aquarium/zoo experience - Once pick up location was provided, no confirmation was given, leaving us to be unsure of status. We reached out to operator leaving voicemail. We were picked up and had a wonderful experience. Raymond was exceptionally personable and professional! The tour activities were exceptional.

We were initially... - We were initially surprised to be picked up for our tour by a taxi driver, who was contracted by the tour company to take us on the tour! But we soon found him to be a good guide, and he took us to all of the places that we had expected to visit. He was friendly and helpful during the tour. We had a good experience.
