By the beginning of the 2030s, residential units for up to 14,000 people [2], up to 3,000 hotel rooms and workplaces for up to 45,000 people, primarily in the office and service sector, are to be created on the site. In addition, up to 10,000 pupils and students as well as around 50,000 customers and tourists are calculated per day, so that once it is completed, over 120,000 people are expected to enliven the district every day. It is currently one of the largest inner-city urban development projects in Europe.

Excellent private tour. - We had an exclusive tour, the guide adapted the tour to our needs and it was great fun to listen to his explantions. We will re-book him any time.

Around to see - You take the free entrance ticket for the panoramic tour of the terrace. Nearby stop yellow line 3 Baumwalle. An immense philharmonic among the largest in the world with residential apartments at their peak. Worth the visit.

Great trip - We stayed in Hamburg in a hotel directly in the Speicherstadt. Was very nice there. We've seen a lot. Especially the Miniature Wonderland.

Did not take place - Cancelled at short notice. It's a shame. However, they have been able to find an alternative. A cancellation around noon of the same day is already very unpleasant

Cancelled on us twice - We booked this tour and the guide cancelled on the day of because of staffing shortages. He said he could rebook us the next day and we rearranged our schedule to make that work. Then he cancelled again (again, day of). I recommend checking that this tour will actually occur before planning your day around it.

Disappointed - The tour was cancelled. I have found Viator reliable in the past but not this time.
To cancel on the same day gave me no opportunity to book into another tour.
