Yala experience - This was an amazing trip!! If you love animals you will love this. Our driver was excellent and our guide was well spoken, knew the park really well and could find the animals instinctively!
We had a really authentic lunch and had more than enough time to enjoy it. The area overlooks the beach and had we known that we would have brought a towel to sit on and dry our feet after a walk on the beach experiencing the Indian Ocean.
The ride is bumpy, you need to climb a ladder to get into the jeeps, but it was well worth it!!

Excellent Trip, do not miss this! - Excellent trip, do not miss this if you are in Hambantota.
The Yala National Park exceeded all expectations, we saw so many animals and birds it was amazing 🤩
The guide was excellent, pointing out all of the wildlife and giving us the best experience.

Full day safari at Yala - Communication before the tour was spot on and transport to the park was seamless. Our guide was very knowledgeable and excellent at spotting animals and identifying birds. Overall an excellent experience.

Another incredible tour - Sakun organised a private tour of Yala and then Bundala. Our drive and safari driver were both amazing. Our safari driver ensured we saw everything from the elusive leopard to a herd of elephants. While Yala was a very busy place, once we had found the top animals he took us exploring in quieter areas. We stopped and had a delicious picnic lunch - far better than most restaurants. Highly recommend this company and will look to them again when we return to Sri Lanka.

Amazing safari thanks to our driver and guide!! - So glad we picked BTM for our Safari at Yala National Park.
I arranged this tour from Australia, for a cruise excursion. I accidentally booked the tour for the wrong day, and the company realised (based on other people’s bookings) so they contacted me to clarify. I was very impressed with the this, as it was my own error, and I had already paid.
The communication through WhatsAp was excellent, and everything was as they said it would be.
Our drivers and guide were very friendly and professional.
We were extremely lucky to see a family of elephants very close up, crocodiles feeding, the elusive leopard with its cub (momentarily) and many other amazing animals!!

Great Yala Experience - Great full day tour of Yala, unfortunately no sighting of leopard but lots of other animals to see!!
Our guide was waiting for us as agreed in a private car at the meeting point at the cruise terminal to whisk us off to meeting point for the off road Jeep.
Arrived back in plenty of time before the ship was due to leave with no concerns.
A great trip from start to finish which I’d recommend using this tour company for.

perfect excursion for a day in the port of Hambantota - Super organized excursion, pickup, transportation and safari were very good. The price includes a delicious lunch buffet overlooking the sea.

Superb experience - The driver met us at the gate as communicated. They took us by car to the park, where we transferred to the off-road vehicle. Other companies take you all the way from the port and back in the semi open off road vehicles. The car was a far more comfortable experience. The park visit was amazing. We had the vehicle to ourselves along with a guide. The guide was very knowledgeable and helped point out animals and gave explanations. He was in contact with with guides to make sure we had the best chance to see the elephants. It’s the wet season and the elephants are hard to find and see. We had two interactions thanks to the teamwork. The guide also let the drive know when we were done taking pictures. The included lunch should also get a special shout out. This was served buffet style to a number of tour operators working together. There is a covered pavilion in the park next to the beach with washrooms. The crew set up lunch for everyone and we were served cold beverages as well. There were 10 dishes all very tasty. Clearly the food was make by locals with love and care. We finished the afternoon and were taken back to the car, to then be driven to the ship again. Everything was well organized. The tour operator had sent a few notices through WhatsApp to make sure we knew exactly what to expect. We could not have been happier.

Once i booked, I received... - Once i booked, I received a whatsapp message very quickly about the trip & the day before.
We were collected from the port promptly & taken by car to the entrance of the Yaka National Park by a polite driver then handed over to the Jeep driver.
As per Park rules, we had to stop for lunch at 12pm, we did have to wait about 40min for lunch but when it came, it was a buffet lunch.
Would have been good to have been told how long for lunch.
We had 2h for lunch & a walk along the beach before back in the Jeep.
The jeep driver was experienced in driving & finding & naming the animals/ birds.
A full day & arrived back at the ship in good time.
Well worth booking as much cheaper than the cruise company tour.
