A trip to the mountains. - Objective: to leave the coast and see the mountains and the communities there. Also, to visit Bcharre, the Arz Al Rab protected area and its Cedar trees.
Outcome: my guide for the day, Mike, not only knew the route well, he explained the history of area and his further explanation of the cultural significance of the Cedar, as we walked among ancient and majestic trees. We then had a delicious snack as well as a honey-tasting, from the hives, among the trees; all this at 2000+ metres- unforgettable!

Best Day trip in Lebanon - The sceneries of the Qashadi valley were spectacular. Some of the cedar trees were more than 3000 years old which were tall and huge. It’s easy to walk for all
Ages. I also had a very nice lunch at a famous place for shawarma. The guide Nehme is so helpful and friendly. He gives me good explanation of the places. I had a very nice day for this tour. Lebanon tours is the best tour agency.
P.S. It’s ok to only wear shorts and a tee shirt for the excursion.

Fantastic trip to Cedars of God - This was the second tour with Lebanon Tours and Travels in 2 days. Luckily, we got Albert again as our tour guide.
The tour itself was fantastic with beautiful scenery and landscapes all around. It was hard to choose a favorite because all the places visited stood out for different reasons.
As said in my previous review, Albert was informative and knowledgeable. He is very attentive and easy to be around. He is highly recommended.

Cedars, bcharre, wadi qannoubin trip - Albert, our guide and driver was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was on time, drove well, and had a good sense of humour. He also showed care and attention especially when the food was late. I wish we had more time to explore and linger because there was so much to see and witness, but given the busy schedule, I would still highly recommend this adventure with Albert and Lebanon tours.

Ceders trip I'd definitely do again!! - The ceders is a trip with Albert is a MUST when visiting Lebanon!! Seeing the monasteries carved into the side of the mountains on the way up was great. The ceders were beautiful 😍 snow was still on the ground. Albert gave us so much history about the ceders. The whole day was filled with fun, beautiful sights and great conversation!!

Professional and Flexible - We wanted to combine two day trips into an overnight in the Qadisha Valley, and Lebanon Tours and Travels was happy to accommodate our request with a prompt response with a fair price. On the first morning of our tour we were picked up at our hotel by our driver/guide Hassan, who skilfully navigated the Beirut traffic to get us out of the city in short order. On our way north, we learned about his family, the 2020 Port explosion, the massive Lebanese diaspora abroad, ethnic groups, religious groups, local adaptation to the collapse of the national power grid, and last month's devaluation of the official currency exchange rate... and that was just in the first hour of driving. Although Hassan's knowledge of the en route sights was also comprehensive, it was his attentiveness and casual conversation that really made the trip memorable. He introduced us to Lebanese coffee and za'atar manouche at a roadside stand, explained things as we saw them, and was always ready to pull off onto the shoulder for a photo of the wonderful scenery. On Day 2 he picked us up at our accommodation in the hills, navigated to the day's sights, and delivered us safely back to our Beirut hotel. All in all, the entire experience from start to finish was professionally handled and very much enjoyed. Our thanks go to Lebanon Tours and Travels, and our driver/guide Hassan.
