Only 6 on the bus. Driver spoke for much of the trip with informative info. Quick efficient & drop off at car hire was very helpful
Our driver was professional and knowledgeable. He was accommodating to the needs of the passengers. Overall, it was a very good experience for transiting between Seward and Anchorage.
Found this travel company on Trip Advisors and was not disappointed. We came in on the Princess and was picked up in the morning and had a half day tour with stops at Summit Lake 5-10min, Alaska Wildlife Center 60 min and the Beluga Whale site 15 min. Our driver Janine was a blessing in disguise, she could tell you anything you wanted to know about trees, plants and wildlife in the area. Being a Science Teacher she knew what she was talking about. Glad I didn't ride on one of those tour buses like cattle, and when the tour ended she dropped us off right at the hotel
The drive itself is beautiful. Our guide was nice but didn't give near enough information during the ride from Seward to Anchorage. There were two stops along the way that were for viewing/photo ops and the third stop was at basically a zoo. After getting off the boat so early it would have been nice to stop somewhere that had refreshments, breakfast, coffee, something. These offerings were available at the conservation location but multiple bathrooms did not flush and some did not have toilet paper so I didn't even use the facilities. The sandwich my husband purchased had lettuce that was bad on it.
Matthew was a good driver. I think he missed an opportunity to tell the group more about the area, the people etc.
Jeanine was awesome. Trip was more than I expected. Well worth the money.
James was a great Tour Guide and Driver. Very knowledgeable and super pleasant. My Husband and I are both Travel Agents/ Tour Operators and know you have a great employee in James. Kim McKimmie & Michael Alyas
Driver was friendly, considerate and very informative!
