The driver was very cheerful when it was obviously not an easy task gathering his customers together after the ship docked. Along the drive to the wildlife park he was informative and gave us some history on the area which was appreciated. A pity the shop didn't have any facility for tea or coffee on the day we were there however it appeared that was because of some building changes. We enjoyed the trip and being dropped at our hotel. Thank you.
It was a fantastic trip! Our driver (sorry, didn't catch his name) was informative and helpful, from the beginning with loading of our bags, to the actual journey where he pointed out all sorts of animals and things in nature. We loved the stop at the wildlife sanctuary, and, again, our driver was very knowledgeable and helpful with animal spotting. I will be recommending this tour company to anyone who is coming into Whittier, and has a later flight home, as a wonderful alternative of the simple transport offered by the ship.
We arrived in the hall at Whittier and were advised immediately by staff there where to wait. Within a few minutes a lady from your company who was doing the direct transfers came to us and advised our tour guide and driver would be there shortly and to wait with our bags. He arrived shortly and loaded us all into the bus and commenced our tour. Unfortunately it was raining quite heavily as we drove from the wharf and went through the tunnel. We missed the first Lake stop but it was really too wet and misty to be much of a stop. We agreed with his decision. He gave us another stop instead a while later. The Anchorage Wild Life Centre was a wonderful stop too, even tho it was raining, it was worth the effort. The driver made sure he advised us of a lot of extra information, When we arrived at Hampton Inn our friends didn't realise that they had the wrong bag in among their baggage. It was not the drivers fault - he was carrying out the instructions of the pax. As a travel agent, I would definitely recommend your transfers/and or tours for my clients needing transfers/tours to airport or hotel in Anchorage. When we saw how expensive the Princess transfers with tour were, we were very plesed we had booked with your company:) Thank you once again. Lyn Morris Travelmasters Australia
Friendly, knowledgeable, informative coach driver. Conservation area fantastic.
Our driver, James, was very informative about all the things we were seeing...It was easy to find him at the cruise dock and the entire tour went off without a hitch...I would definitely recommend your tour company to anyone traveling in that area!! Thanks again for a great tour!!
We booked our transfer from Whittier to Anchorage with a stop at the Wildlife Conservation Center. Wonderful trip with a fantastic guide, James who provided fun information and stories throughout the trip. He also stopped at a few beautiful sites for some great pics. James went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
